Absolutely outstanding! Our stay at Nipa Resort exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is beautiful—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and offering the perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, with lovely touches throughout that made us feel at home. A very special thank you goes to Amanda, who went above and beyond to assist us with our booking. Her kindness, efficiency, and patience made all the difference. She handled everything seamlessly and with a smile, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. - Friendly staff - Great pool with sun all day and some music, very good sun beds - Big spacious rooms - Dj at the pool on Wednesday was nice - Nice location, 10min walk to the beach / main bar street - Super price/quality wise - Balcony with a view for the pool - No noise, even while it is next to a busy street

- Breakfast was not amazing and had a lot of items that seemed pre-packed. Croissants were one of the worst I ever had - Room 1309 has a problem with the door that is very difficult to open (even by the guy of the reception) and taking a shower put the bathroom floor full of water (solved this by blocking the leak point with a towel ;)) - There was supposed to be a free transfer to the beach 2x a day (at 10h and 14h). We waited until 14h15 and asked the reception twice before we gave up and just walked there - Not so many sun beds at the pool, if you were unlucky you didn’t have one

We loved the pool area and the little bar was fab with happy hour cocktails! We could walk straight out of our room into the pool area which was great! We loved the stone elephants in the pool :)

The hotel is situated on a busy road which can be difficult to cross when it's a busy time of the day, although there is a crossing a bit further up the road. Breakfast could have been a little more varied.

The shower in the bath tub was a little hard to get in and out of but that was not a great problem

Clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and relatively modern. The pool area is peaceful and pleasant, with sun shining all day long. There are quite limited sunbeds available. There is a bar at the pool area where you can order surprisingly high-quality cocktails and food charged to the room. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff is smiling. The breakfast is not particularly extensive, but it's adequate. The place is located right next to a busy street, but the traffic noise doesn't disturb the rooms significantly. I can recommend this hotel, but it may not be the best option for families with children.

The only downside regarding the service is that at least the rooms on our floor were typically cleaned around 5 pm, which is precisely the time when one would want to take a shower and have some peace in their room.

We were looking for a more traditional feeling hotel and Nipa fit that bill very well. Big room on the ground floor on the pool side so we could just walk out of our room and straight into the pool. Air conditioning worked great, good shower, clean, no street noise and responsive staff. We did not choose to include breakfast at this hotel but would do so if we came back as there is not much open around there at that time of day. Shops don't seem to open till 10 or later. Lots of touristy shops nearby, only outnumbered by an unbelievable number of massage venues - how do they all stay in business? Definitely an older but fun part of town. If taxi drivers don't know where it is, just tell them it is right across the road from the main hospital.

Not a bad location - certainly busy - but a 20 minute walk to the beach and in that heat, that didn't happen. Scarcity of coffee or breakfast places nearby.

We stayed as family with young kids. Spread over 3 rooms. The Hotel is very clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly. Loved the location of the Hotel being away from any of the noisy party streets. The hotel pool is very looked after and clean. Pool toys for the kids. Plus love that the bridge kinda separates the pool so if you want a quiet swim away from the main pool you can. We are at the hotel restaurant, room service and pool bar. Food was great. The hotel is located on street that has lots of other restaurants, little shops there is a really big shopping centre about 10min walk. The other side of the shopping centre is the noisy streets and noisy bars. Glad the hotel was away from all of that, but still plenty to see on our street. Would recommend staying again.

The pool was ok. Staff were nice. Bed size was really good (really large) Clean. Rooms were also decent.

Breakfast was not the best. Rather limited choices. Itsays that'd onto leave valuable property in the room as the hotel is not responsible for loss or theift, store them in the safe. On the safe, it says that we don't take responsibility for the loss of theift. Although nothing happened, it I gave me extra stress all the time I left the room.

Great value for money, especially if booked in advance. The location is great, close to all all the places but away from bangla road which is good for a family

The breakfast options could have been more if you're looking for halal options

Our room was spacious with a strong air conditioner and opened up to a private swimming area. The bed was a great size and super comfy. The room was cleaned and bed made every day, the water and coffee restocked. The pool area is lovely, water was a lovely temperature but the sun beds can get full quickly especially if you wanting some sun. The reception and pool bar staff are super friendly and helpful. The excursions desk lady is also very helpful and gave us a great deal and booked our very comfortable taxis for us. The hotel is situated in a great location within steps to lovely great value restaurants.

The restaurant was very over priced, especially the breakfast which is a shame, as a good value for money breakfast is a huge draw card for so many and not a great expense. It would also be nice to have a walk in shower and not in the bath with shower curtain that leaks onto floor.
