1 week stay. NO HOT WATER. and they said it is how it is. so get ready if you book to not have hot shower water. NO elevator working. so if you are in 4th get ready to train urself. balcony in 205 doesn't close, found a cockroach in my room. to be fair, they were doing some small renovations so maybe they need time.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful.

The elevator did not work and had been broken for several months already, which became a problem for us as our rooms were on floors 3-5. The stairways were not cleaned. No warm water in bathroom. Fridge not working. The photos of the hotel were misleading, showing pool and pub that did not exist.

Location is not bad, but so are hundreds of other hotels.

It's a joke not an hotel. The photos are either old or edited, it looks nothing like the photos. I booked last minute 3 nights, and requested a refund directly after i arrived. The hotel has been closed since covid, and recently opened with zero renovation and maintenance. Spent one night and left. There was no refund in cancellation policy, however since the hotel didn't match with the description and facilities, the "manager" first confirmed that they will refund 2 nights. Second day she said one night refund, and never refunded anything. The room is full of mold. The hotel is extremely dirty, unappealing, and unarranged. Elevator not working and no staff to carry your bags. Zero noise cancelation, you hear amplified sounds from people going on the stairs till the morning. Same for street sounds. Impossible to sleep. Wifi is not working, at least in my area. No hot water (shower) available. Cleaning staff knocks on the room door in the morning to check if you want cleaning instead of providing you the card. No phone at the room. Toilet/shower room door and window are laminated (can't be fully closed), and thus you will hear and smell everything from the outside. My room had no AC remote and the AC was fully blowing cold air on the bed. They said they will buy another remote but never did. I had to switch it off from the fuse box and sleep without AC When checking out the second day, the receptionist could not directly give me back my deposit that they took the previous night, as the manager do not leave money with them. They called her and waited for her to send the money from where she was!

I did not really like anything except that the location was close to patong. The hotel was not well kept.

There was no lift, wifi or room service. There was no way to contact the reception! Had to carry bags to the 4th floor!
