We had a mixed experience during our stay at PJ Patong Hotel. Upon check-in, we were initially disappointed with the service from a staff member, we don't know the name, however she was there when we did checkin at 02:00, whose attitude was not welcoming. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the case with other guests as well. However, our experience took a turn for the better when we met staff name Jen the next day. She truly embodies excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Jen was not only helpful with housekeeping and other services but also provided us with valuable guidance during our stay. Her assistance significantly improved our overall experience at the hotel. Overall, the services at PJ Patong were good, but it was Jen who made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Jen, and thank you, PJ Patong Hotel.

Overall everything was good. However, the behaviour of lady at the time of checkin, was not acceptable

Beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly. We have stayed at the hotel more than once. Great value for the money you will pay. They have a swimming pool. Breakfast buffet, rooms cleaned every day. The minibar contains water, tea and coffee and is refilled every day. We lost one of our clothes in the laundry. The hotel tried to find him and when they couldn't find him, they offered us a free ride to the airport. It was nice and unexpected too. It is a lively center and close to everything. I recommend that you choose the rooms on the fifth floor, which are excellent. I would not recommend the rooms on the third floor, thanks again to the staff for their hospitality and we will definitely stay here again if we return. They also have a gym but we did not use it

A brilliant property, the location was amazing, the AC was lovely, the complimentary breakfasts were just what we needed and fuelled us for the day. The gym was well kept and very nicely air conditioned, making for comfortable excersise in the extreme heat. The rooftop pool was also lovely, and a great way to start your morning. This was an all round great property, and the price was amazing, the staff super friendly and efficient. Located just far enough away that the loud noise of partying doesn’t keep you up all night, but not a far walk to the beach (10 min). Couldn’t recommend it highly enough

Near the walking street. Kind and smiling staff. Breakfast was decent, especially the fresh cut fruit. Value for money.

The room is much smaller - around 15m2 but it says 30m2 in their description. Balcony is quite small too. Often there are trucks in this alley at night and it disturbs the sleep.

The breakfast is 10/10. fresh fruits, cereals, meats. A little something for everyone. The rooms are good, clean, and have a fridge. The pool is great gets alpt of sunshine. All the staff are lovely except the cleaning manager lady she is horrible dont ask her for extra water unless you want shouted at lol. Everything else perfect.

Fantastic hotel, located m10inutes walk from Patong beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :)

Pool was amazing, location was great, close to the action and breakfast was good too. Outdoor area and smoking areas were pretty chill. Gained so much lovely memories. Will visit the place once again for sure

Had to spend 2 hours in reception as we reached the hotel at about 12 pm after a long journey yet the check-in was at 2 pm. Reception guy was a little rude when inquiring for a early check-in but its fine. We chilled in the outdoor area so no worries

First of all the manager helped me with extending my visa, thank you. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient. The rooms are big and clean, every day cleaned, it is good value for money. The breakfast has also bread, rice, corn flakes and is tasty. There is also wash service for 50 baht. All in all, great hotel. I apologize to the manager for accusing them for not cleaning my clothes.

Not immaculate but For the price the hotel was very good. In a great location with everything working very well. The shower was powerful, air con was good and had a safe.. the location is perfect also, in the middle of everything on a busy road but it's away from the road. The only thing that disturbed me was ambulances

The carpets in the corridor on my level were awful.
