We recently celebrated our anniversary at Cocoon APK Resort and Spa, and it was such a memorable experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — we walked into our room to find beautiful decorations with balloons and flowers arranged on the bed. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The room was clean, cozy, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff were excellent - they always had a smile on their faces and put correct all my complaints over the first 5 days and then there were no problems The restaurant staff were equally good with lovely smiles on their faces and very friendly to The Filipino entertainer was also good The staff especially reception are EXCELLENT

I did not like having no easy chair to sit on as a man who is 69 with bad joints! I did not like that the pool accessibility was so poor, i could not swim and getting into the pool proved impossible for me due to my joint problems. I also fell badly at the pool side - maybe if they had a rubber surface next to the pool. Tell me why do hotels have a slippery surface next to the pools??

Stayed at APK for two months & I found everything in fine work order.......rooms were clean & purposeful.....the staff were all very helpful & friendly.....The location was also very central.......Highly recommend the rooftop pool & bar, especially to chill at sunset, with a great view of the ocean. 🌅

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I liked most was the friendly staff who greeted me and answered all my questions. The location in Patong is one of the best, everything is close by. Opposite there is a good cafe where they cook sushi, and the breakfasts at the hotel in the buffet format are very tasty. For me, the time spent flew by unnoticed. I will come again

As soon as I arrived, the staff on the front desk were so helpful and kind, there was a mix-up with the room I was given and they changed it without fuss. The restaurant staff were great, band amazing and the guy at the rooftop pool bar was very friendly too! Definitely want to stay again!

I didn't like that I only booked for a week, will definitely book longer next time!

We Don't Use Your Pool... because swimming pool is off.

Location was perfect. Near to most of the places in Patong Beach area. Staffs are very helpful. They allowed us for early check in & late check out. Worth for the money.when it was raining gave voluntarily came & gave us Umbrella. Whenever we asked came & clean the room.

It is a Old Hotel. Required upgrades. No intercom in the room. Room was not clean enough. Pool was not properly maintained. Bed was toughened.

The hotel is a big property and have a lot of rooms the rooms are nice and have space for mre becauae I carry alot of stuff with me they have rooftop swimming pool and resturant at the downstair and have unplagged show everynight and they do the party every friday I love it And the staff were so nice and smiling and gokd service will be stay again .

The hotel is a bit outdated but we had no issues at all. Very reasonable. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. This place has its own bar and restaurant with live music. Breakfast was basic but for the price it was great.

The hotel could do with some upgrade.

This is my second stay in the hotel, they have renovated and improved the property a lot. Room was comfortable and you just need to request for housekeeping to clean and they come and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can also book a taxi and tours from the hotel. The restaurant food is Halal and very delicious. Rooftop pool and bar has amazing view of Patong.
