very nice staff!! location is great near to everything!! staff will help if you need something. will come back for sure. only thing there is no elevator for me no problem but if you can’t walk good it will be a problem with the stairs.

First red flag was to arrive and find the sign literally half missing, didn't look like a hotel. 'Reception desk' was in what looked like a spare room of junk furniture. Dirty room, hairs everywhere, no towels, balcony door was beat up and didn't close. The duvet didn't have a duvet cover, so no guarantee its ever been washed. I ended up sleeping in a hoodie and leggings on the sheet as I didn't want to use the duvet. No safe in the room. The door to my room had a basic door knob push lock, wasn't a secure lock to the main room door, was a bathroom door lock at best. I ended up leaving a night early. As a solo traveller I would avoid.

A NIGHT OF HORROR I gave 1300 baht for this disgrace. It's not a hotel, but a simple dirty corridor guest house for local gold diggers. As there was no lift, I had to drag 25 kg up to the 4th floor by almost vertical steps. The room was dirty and looked like a room from an Isan hotel for 100 bath. The bedclothes were "secondhand" wrinkled, with stains and long black hairs. All fixtures were shabby and dirty. Dried blobs hung on the walls. The safety chain on the door was missing. The horror hotel has no reception at night and anyone can enter from the street. All this "glory" was framed by massiv traffic noise from one of the busiest roads in Patong.
