Location was perfect. Nearby shops. Walking distance to Patong beach. Had a honeymoon flower deco made for us. We liked it a lot.

Everyday was the same breakfast. Like a private but shared pool was dirty. Had a rusty taste during the swim. Asked for a late checkout (1pm) in view of our flight timing but was rejected.

Very nice hotel and staff, all clean good service. Needed ekstra topp madrass and they fixed it in 15 minutes, I weigh 93kg so madres was little bit hard for me. Good location close to everything. Got lot of mc parking and it is free of charge. Breakfast could be a bit more organized, but lots of variety. could have more cold options for bread. Nice pool area in 3 floor, some rooms have direct pool access from balcony, be aware of noice from pool. Had room in 4 floor overlooking pool and it was no problem of noice. Nice bar with small food options and it tasted good. Few beds so be quick to get one in the morning 😉 Staff is very welcoming and service minded. Cleaning was very good they even cleaned my room when I left late like 14hr just put out the clean room sign. Towels is free of charge, just fill out form and bring back ticket you get and towels when returning.

More cold options for breakfast would be nice. No other negative experience.

The key factors here were location and affordability, right near the Patong food market and within walking distance of everything. The rooms were a good size, but the pool area was a bit of a letdown since the sun didn’t reach the lounge chairs. However, you could still enjoy the sun while in the water. Overall, though, the hotel was a solid choice, and we were happy with our stay.

Cocktails at the bar were decent, but the Margaritas were always served in half-empty glasses, which was frustrating—just fill the glass properly, charge more, or use the right-sized glass!

The rooms are big, try to get rooms on 3rd floor, if you want access to the pools right out of the room. The xx18 and xx19, the corner rooms are deluxe range and large with bathtub, if that is your thing. The hotel is a short walk ¬5 mins from Bangla and Jungceylon, save of transport. There is a pharmacy, petrol stn, Patong hospital a short walk away, Ideally located for Patong.

Breakfast is repetitive, i.e the same menu everyday, it probably works for the hotel. But maybe mixing it up will be a plus for the guests.

The property had a lot of facilities with the pool on the ground floor and the third floor. There was a restaurant and a pool bar next to the pool on the ground floor. The staff at the reception were extremely welcoming and it is refreshing to arrive to great service after a long journey. I found the room to be very clean and I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome decoration on the bed on arrival. The room came with a balcony. In the building I stayed in, there was a pool table, air hockey and a gym. The location is brilliant, within walking distance to bangla road and a short car journey to the beach.

I received slow service at the pool bar and the doors to exit from the building I was staying in was chained up, this meant I had to walk the long way through reception.

Heart of the Patong area, very closed to the night market, Bangala street, shops and restaurants. Special credit to Charlie at reception who made us check out swiftly and providing some good information and Ian and friend at restaurant to help arrange lunch for my mum who got mobility issue. We have stayed in three different rooms in this hotel, and you need to take pool access room to enjoy your stay there, if you could. I would recommend room 2321, with sun, pool access and more privacy out of other similar rooms.

Design fault of the bathtub- its quite impossible not to flood to the bathroom floor. Its not the hotel, but Phuket in general, its expensive place compared to other cities in Thailand and rowdy tourists on scooters, be aware of them. Had to pay almost £8 for 2 coconuts - I could even get cheaper in supermarkets in UK ;-) - in one of the islands around there, our mistake that we did not ask before ordering.

I had a great experience staying here. I booked with my friends. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially ZInnie. She helped me to book and find the best room and was very friendly to talk to. Melody was the first person I met and talked to. She was very friendly. Parin and Parn are good person in front desk also. Even though I have stayed here many times, I am still happy here because it is comfortable, the room is clean, and the facilities are ok. Swimming pool on the third floor just renovate. Very nice.

Rooms are nice and clean, very modern. Bathroom is large with spacious shower, the water pressure is very good. We did not really use the swimming pool, but it looks nice as it goes all around the 3rd floor. Water is not very warm though :) but it is refreshing :)) The breakfast is good, after 6 days we did not feel like its repeating, omlettes were the best. The hotel has a good and vibrant vibe, and it makes you feel good. Hotel is near market, boxing stadium and JungCeylon shopping mall. There is a plenty of massage places around the hotel, which we visited a lot :) And room service - the food is amazing and has a decent price. The staff is amazing, everybody is smiling all the time and the whole team makes you feel good. Hotel has a covered parking, which is a plus.

My husbant thought that the bed is a little bit too hard.

Great location! Walking distance to Bangla Road and Patong beach, and yet far enough to be away from the din at night. The room was large and spacious enough to allow two kids to run around and play, and it overlooked the ground level pool area leading out from the restaurant next to the fitness center (the property has two pools - one on the ground level and the other on the third floor - we found the ground level one to be better). The breakfast spread is excellent with multiple options and delicious, freshly prepared food.

The property sits back a little from the main street and the approach to the hotel feels a little hemmed in on all sides.....however, this also probably works in secluding the property from the noise of the main street.

The staff service is great and friendly and the hotel location is good.

It needs some procedures, such as maintenance of the air conditioners, because some rooms have a low temperature, and some of the external air conditioners make noises, so sitting on the balcony is uncomfortable. Also, the bath towels are old and need to be replaced, and there is no shelf in the shower area to place toiletries such as shampoo and soap, which creates a disturbance, so the guest needs to He moves from the shower area to the sink area to take bath supplies Also, in some rooms there is no electric plug next to the bed .
