Location

Only one lift is working and has been like this for a very long time. You will wait ages up to about 3.00pm for a lift as it’s taken overbuy housekeeping. Then in the evening this is ridiculous as everyone wants to go out and when it finally comes it’s full. You have to use the very precarious stairs. Don’t expect a hot shower after 6.00pm . Don’t expect to come home and have any water to shower or flush toilet in the early hours it’s all off. The pool is a health hazard and dangerous for kids. The pool water smells, the bottom of the pool is filthy and slimmy. The drills are missing and leave just a hole where the water gets sucked into the filter. A child could easily get their foot trapped. The pool area has 4 very poor recliners that are filthy. The whole pool deck is covered in cigarette bits and food scrapes with left over food in backs covered in flies. Any mention of a complaint to reception gets brushed aside as “I not boss” . This is not a AUD 40 a night hotel and yet still charging 159 a night. 400% increase in one year at same time Feb

Nothing at all. I was unhappy.

It was veeeery bad. It’s not safe at all ( i went for a short trip and when i came back it was my room was rented to someone else while i didnt even do check out) 😨It shows 4 stars, but i do rate it 1 star and they admit that it’s 3 stars. The Room was locked by key locker, no tissue box, no kettle , no dustbin, no phone, the toilet is horrible and old🤢. The tv was not working properly. And the room’s servers were all of them in one room where they wash the towels and they sleep over there. And the Manager (Rin) she treated us bad, she ask me to cancel my booking and leave the place just because i did told her about what those complaints. 💔

Given padlock and key to lock 🔐 our room. Breakfast included in our price, but had to go to another hotel for that.
