Location is close to Soi Sansabai (which leads on to Bangla Road), beside Banzaan markets, and an easy walk to Nanai Rd. A good laundromat beside the hotel, which made it very easy to get clothing washed & dried. OTOP is about a 15-minute walk but easier to get a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Room was surprisingly quiet during my stay, and the Air Con was nice and cold. A great hotel to pick if you simply want a decent bed to rest your head after a long day/night enjoying Phuket.

The sports bar at the lobby of the hotel had a limited range of sporting coverage, they could not show the sport I was asking for. However, plenty of other sports bars in the area. Not a critique, but a note for readers - This isn't a hotel to pick if you are going to be at the hotel 90%+ of the time. This is a hotel to select for a room to sleep at, after a day of being out and about.

I like the room, location, and the breakfast. The staff was nice. The location is the best. Breakfast was good , you can have multiple choices. You can enjoy the bar and their food in the restaurant.

It would be nice to have a lounge common area and a small sofa in the room when i was there, no lights in the elevator more than a week. It is a small issue but these kind of small things should be fixed quickly.

Location is excellent, next corner from the most popular Banzaan food market in Patong, where one can buy cheap food and fruits, while every day from 5 pm until late in the night there is night market with many good food stalls for affordable price. Hotel is some 15 min walk from the beach via famous Bangla Rd., so walk is enjoyable especially when getting back from the beach in the evening. Very near there are 2 huge modern shopping centers with wonderful supermarkets and many stores and restaurants. Hotel itself is very good option for longer stay because rooms are spacious enough, with huge windows, better rooms have even balconies and are bigger. As written in previous comments staff is not that talkative with guests but they really do their jobs professionally and efficiently, although I guess foreigners would expect more smiles and warmer greetings according to traditional Thai custom, especially in hospitality business. Cleaning staff is wonderful and one feels very safe in this hotel. I am genius booking.com member so I got gratis breakfast within the price I paid but I would recommend to everyone to pay additionally for breakfast because its super tasty and there are lot of options for everyone. Great location and fantastic breakfast were the main reasons why I decided to stay in the very same hotel for additional 3 weeks. And next time when I go to Phuket island, if they keep the same affordable room rate around 30 euros per night I would definitely stay again in this hotel. Gladly I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for decent accommodation in the very best location in Patong area. I consider this as the very best area because I have been in different hotels in Patong and this hotel is near to the beach, near to many good restaurants, night life, PEA bus stop for the other beaches and airport (Phuket Smart Bus stop) and its very good value for money.

The pool needs lounge sunbathing chairs with music going for atmosphere a phone up there so you can ring down for drinks to be delivered this would make money for you when people wants down time in the pool with the service it needs and a good vibe

The location was the best. Close to the Big C and a night market, 5 minutes to the beach. The mattress was comfortable. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Staff was kind and helpful. Especially a young girl who call herself Sun, she served us a breakfast. She was always kind and smiling, even when some Russian girls treated her badly, she remained kind and helpful.

The hotel could charge much better prices if they only renovate the bathrooms and the lobby.

Everything is close by , they give 2 free water bottles and also coffee … The room AC was amazing it was good and cold . American breakfasts was excellent Our side the hotel you will find 24hrs laundry , bike rent , money exchange , banzaan market for food, , Also massage places , walkable to Bangla street for clubs and parties , and cannabis ,

The overall experience was simply wonderful! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything, and the rooms are not only comfortable but also offer a delightful view. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the amazing bar downstairs, where I had a fantastic time. I'm already looking forward to visiting again! The value for money is exceptional, making it an even more memorable stay.

Room service

We really enjoyed our stay here. we had a spacious room with a balcony in which we stayed for a week. It was such a convenience to come downstairs (with elevator!!) to breakfast each morning and the girl who was working every morning for breakfast was so lovely. The hotel is right next to a food market and walking distance to Bangla road and the beach.

Wasn’t super clean and we had to ask to get room made up which didn’t really matter to us. Shower wasn’t very good with pressure or heat.
