It was a nice place it was clean close to everything and a 20min walk to the beach

There was no water for 3 days no compensation offered not even breakfast went to reception but they just kept telling me it would be back on soon and no more info given

The key lock was a bit funny beds were to hard especially on my back but then asked for a mattress topper which made a difference

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Among all the good things, I was most satisfied with the service and the attitude of the staff. They really made me feel welcome and cared for. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

If I had to mention something, I would say the breakfast area could be improved. It would have been much more comfortable if there was air conditioning, especially on hot days. Also, having a bit more variety in the breakfast options would make the experience even better. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated everything the hotel offered.

The location was perfect and the room was tidy and neat.

The bathroom could have been more modern and was outdated

The location of the hotel was in a fantastic location. It was central to everything eg very close to Jungceylon, Bangla road and the beach and a short walk to Otop market. The room was clean and had a great bathroom, with the shower having a view of the mountains. The pool was very nice as well. I asked for a high floor and mountain view and our request was met and the view did not disappoint.

The hotel lobby is not what it looks like in the photos, the omelette was average but this could be due to having no vegetables or cheese in it. Not a lot of variety for breakfast which we ended up skipping most days and ate eggs and fruit on the days we did eat breakfast. The spreads for toast were different, not sure what they were. The hotel needs a bit of work and around each room door has plaster coming off around them, other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Wonderful stay. The reception crew were so delightful and helpful. They even let us choose our room from three with different views . And helped us when I thought I'd lost something. Top marks ! I read some poor reviews after and thought we'd made a mistake. Sure, the lifts are hot. They're made of glass and face the street, but its an old hotel, and they've done some great refurbishment. So dont moan about a hot lift.....just be grateful you're on holiday and within a 5 minute stroll of Patong's Bangla walking street "and all its eye poppin' offerings. Also, check out the New York live music bar halfway down the street,open from 17.00 till late late late.

For the price we paid at the Phoenix exceeded any of my expectations. Right in the center of everything we wanted to explore. Bazaan market a stone throw away and Jungceylon (with fantastic Air-conditioning) across the road from Bazaan market. Bangla road was 2 blocks away not even 10 minutes walk. They have an awesome pool aria overlooking Patong. Our room was very spacious and the air-conditioned worked perfectly. We did our washing threw the hotel and paid the same price as advertised outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower water was a bit cold for my liking and the space to pack your bartroom goodies a bit small, but considering the price it was good enough.

Great location, 5 minute walk to bangala, food, drink and 7/11 all 1 minute walk away. Shower was hot, pool was basic but was clean lovely to finish off the day. Mattress are med-hard. But not uncomfortable. Aircon was excellent in rooms, reception and cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel isn’t world class standards, but value for money. Less than $40 a night, absolutely will stay again! Recommend staying here with friends or party goers. Not quite fancy enough for honeymoon and big families. 9/10

Elevator was extremely hot, but in the hotels defence we have traveled in a heat wave.

This stay was perfect for our 3 nights in Phuket. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The rooftop pool is stunning and the location is exactly what you would want - not noisy but a short 5 minutes walk to the nightlife.

Only downside was the noise of the aircon :(

Cleaning staff amazing, so friendly, I left money out and it was not taken. I met 3 of staff and they were lovely a credit to hotel Perfect location, 3 walk to bangalore road, still very quiet. Nice pool Definitely stay here again

Unfortunately reception staff and night security have a little bit of attitude. Not bad, but just not welcoming as you would expect. I am on my holiday after all and want them to welcome me and make me feel welcome. I didn't get that, they were not rude or anything just a bit off. My evening guests also felt the coldness.
