Hotel location, 5 mins distance to the main shopping mall, jungceylon. Also there’s a night market next to the hotel and if you like boxing,phuket boxing stadium is just across the hotel. I requested a corner room and my request were met and i’m happy with the corner room it has a nicer view of the streets. i would like to highlight also that the staff is very friendly and efficient especially one of them is Ms Ang, she’s always bubbly and smiley and willing to assist.

The swimming pool closes too early at 7pm, at least at 8pm will be better so you can catch the sunset from the rooftop pool.

I loved it so much, our room was amazing we had a perfect view of the strip, and could see the beach and had unobstructed views of the mountains. My kids loved the pool which was always clean and not busy, we loved the staff how kind they were and helpful, they always had a smile and happy to see us. We loved how close we were from bangla walking road. I cannot wait to book another stay at aim patong in 2025.

The rooftop pool was great. You can see the sunset on the beach from up there. The staff were very nice, friendly and great to speak to. The location is great. A lot to see and do in that area and very close to the beach.

The balcony is very small but apart from that its a really good hotel

Great location, walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road!! Excellent services were provided by the staff specially Shon and Princess at the front desk! Overall good experience at The AIM Patong.

The tap was leaking, which made it hard to stand comfortably in the bathroom. Housekeeping managed to fix it temporarily, but it still needs a proper repair.

Everything is wonderful. The receptionist is excellent thanks Princess and Af. At the restaurant staff is amazing! Definitely will comeback!

Stayed here a fair bit over the last 10 years, very close to everything in Patong, great place to stay on a budget.

The bed is as hard as a rock, not comfortable at all, I'm sure they are the same beds from 10 years ago.

Location is amazing, in my opinion, sometimes a bit too loud, but that is part of Patong experience. Staff on reception Ang, Burn, Sorn, Princess very helpful in any situation. Generally, all staff is polite, professional, and helpful. So I would recommend this place for sure.

Great location, amazing pool and convenient being able to do your own laundry.

A more modern TV would be a great addition & some kind of sound blocker for the doors, everyone in the hallway slamming the doors and no rubber or plastic stopping the sound.
