It was in a back street off the busy road. Quiet for Patong but very close to walking street where all the nightlife is if you want it. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. I would use this hotel again as the location was really good for food market just across the road at night and restaurant that sells Thai, Indian, Turkish and English food at good prices located 200m down main road to left as you come out of hotel

The room 328 needed a little work the aircon was OK but struggling to keep room very cold. The bath had cement sealing around it that needed a coat of paint which spoiled the look of the otherwise good bathroom. My main dislike which is easily fixed is, there are no umbrellas or shade for the rooftop poolside sunbeds. It gets very hot by the pool.

Very good value for money for a budget hotel. I had a Deluxe room with balcony which I didn't use as there was no view and the extreme heat and humidity was not good for a 76 year old. Housekeeping very good. Clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day of my 30 night booking.

As I said I'm 76 and the shower over the bath terrified me as the bath had very high sides to step over and there was no non-slip surface, so once you start lathering your feet are very likely to slip. I've read many occasions when older people can have fatal falls through slipping, so this was a major worry for me.

I would like to give a big thanks to the staff they were very humble and nice to approach!! Specially the supervisor forgot the name of the lady she was very humble and kind!

Only one thing they have arranged our airport drop off service driver was too rude and probably he was out of his mind !! He starting us even we was asking why u taking picture of us while pick up he was answering why u have any problem if I take picture I say I don't have any problem but u need to tell me the reason which he was not says anything !! Also every petrol station he was stopped and don't know what he was doing !! He might have some other issues which he was talking very rude and angry

The property was right in the heart of Patong Beach next to The Thai Boxing Stadium and Jung Ceylon Shopping Mall. Short walk to the beach and Bangla Road entertainment centre. My room was on the 2nd floor, small single bed with TV, air-con, Wi-Fi and a kettle with tea and coffee. Room cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water provided along with tea and coffee. Swimming pool on the rooftop. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.

All was good and reflected in the price for a small room and shared toilet and shower.

The location of the hotel was situated behind the Muay Thai Boxing Stadium, which is convenient to people who likes to watch Muay Thai. A few minutes walk from Jungceylon Mall and opposite was the Banzaan Market, food spot in Patong area.

Maybe the signs directing to the hotel can be made more obviously. It was quite hidden and we were lost for a couple of minutes when the van driver dropped us in front of the boxing stadium. Plus, the air-conditioning of lobby wasn't working, so sometimes when I was waiting at the lobby, it felt stuffy.

the pool was amazing and the hotel so clean, the staff are nice value location and service is good they tool 1000 for deposit and returned upon check-out they helped me for requesting a taxi and accepted to let me leave my luggage until my flight time.

i was expecting better varity for morning breakfast, however for the amount im paying i guess is fair what i found.

It's my second visit to Phuket and last time I stayed in 3 different hotel. But this time, this hotel has amazing location, Decent spacious & clean room with balcony and superb rooftop pool with super reasonable price. 7-11, market, good pubs, restaurants, beach and almost everything is within 1KM. Initially I planned to stay there for the first day only but extended my stay there for all 5 days in Phuket.

Everyone was really good with accomodations If you wanted them to clean your room a little later there was no issues, they provided fresh new towels and fresh water each day etc. You also had the option of them doing your laundry for a little fee. The facilities was nice and you had the option to go swim at a pool on the rooftop.

If there is anything to point out The bed could've been a little softer. But each to their own taste. And you could also hear your neighbors quite loud since there was just a little small door separating the next room. Other then that there wasn't really anything to complain about, overall a good experience.

Location is fantastic as is the rooftop pool. The rooms are big and cleaned Daily. It's not perfect but great value for money

Being so close to the kickboxing centre every second night from 9pm it's very loud. For a couple of hours. It's down a side street so 90% of the time it's quiet. The thing I liked least was the hard bed but I'm used to a soft bed. I didn't ask the staff if they had softer beds or different options so that's on me
