This property was very centric. For the location it was very quiet at night. I couldn't hear any noise from the street. I got an upgrade when I got there , the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was not included, but the hotel restaurant included different cheap options.

Stayed for a week. Its located at the center of all the crazy so I was lucky to get a room on the top floor with a single bed as requested. Rooms are small and not exactly as depicted in pictures. Beds are clean and comfy. Towels have seen better days and for some reason the idea of getting an additional fresh set of towels was very difficult even when I offered to pay for it. Staff is very burnt as it was the high season. It took several days for them to not try and ignore you. Breakfast is nothing to write home about and 2nd cup of coffee co.es with charge eventhough I booked for two and was one person. Over all comfy hotel. The pool area is nice though small.

In a great location, close to bangla road but no loud nightclubs nearby so i was able to sleep well. Quiet in my room on the 3rd floor even though the street outside was always busy, 24hr restaurant below which is great for late nights or early mornings. My room was cleaned daily with sheets and towels replaced and given free water bottles. Guest friendly if you are a solo traveler and want to bring someone back for the night.

My only problem was the showers hot water was a bit sporadic, it was hard to get the right temperature with it sometimes getting colder then hotter seemingly randomly for a few seconds at a time.

A decent hotel in its price category. The location is very good. Nearby is the entertainment street, but at the same time it is quiet and calm. In the neighboring building 7 Eleven, there are many massage parlors nearby, around the corner are large shopping centers with food courts and shops. On the roof (9th floor) there is a swimming pool with a view - clean and cool, sun loungers, a bar, a shower, toilets, towels for the pool at the reception. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant / bar. Very tasty sets for breakfast. The room is clean, comfortable. Bathroom with shower, soap / shampoo / hair dryer. TV, refrigerator, kettle / dishes / coffee / tea. Large safe. The staff is friendly, polite. Cleaning every day. It was very nice to stay at this hotel. Relax!

Lady at the desk was lovely, she reminds me of my mother. She was very kind and helpful with everything! Location is perfecty, you have everything at the street : ATM , 7 eleven, food places and even the (Patong) beach at 5min walk..

Lovely staff and excellent location. I was here for business. Room has been always cleaned very quickly. Staff so cute and smiling. Breakfast good as well. I have to be every month in Phuket and will definitely return

Very close to the party center of Patong with a 7-Eleven right next door made it perfect for us. The hotel is extremely quiet for its location being on a busy street close to the party center, you cant hear anything. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if necessary. Its the perfect hotel if you're looking for a nice and quiet place at the heart of the party in Patong. However, don't expect to have a view here as the hotel is surrounded by similarly tall buildings.
