Centro one Patong definitely exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a luxurious hotel, it offers items that I consider valuable for those seeking quality accommodation. It is located right in the heart of Patong on Bangla Street, but not in the noisiest part with lots of people, but closer to the end of the street, which gives you more quality and tranquility. Its location allows you to do everything on foot, only needing transportation for tourist activities further away from the center of Patong. The room is a good size and very comfortable, with all the essentials (private bathroom, TV, air conditionair, minibar, desk, large bed, mineral water, kettle, coffee, tea), so you can enjoy a great stay. The cleanliness and hygiene of the room is excellent and remarkable, and is the result of dedicated service of the cleaning staff who always work with a smile on their face, showing that they enjoy the service they provide. The other staff members of the hotel are also super attentive and friendly. The breakfast was the best I found in all the hotels I visited in the 6 cities I visited on my trip through Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand. It is a complete breakfast with different and delicious items from a real lunch available to eat at the buffet, in addition to all the items normally found in an American breakfast at other hotels. Now, the "icing on the cake": There is a swimming pool on the eighth floor where you can escape the immense and suffocating heat that Patong has during the daylight hours. Definitely a hotel that I suggest you look for if you are staying in Patong, whether alone, as a couple or a couple with children.

Wonderful stay, accessible to pharmacy, 7/11 store, laundry, ATMs, restaurants, bike hire etc. It gets noisy at night but we were pleased with the room they provided us, away from the noisy street. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The staff booked a taxi (900 baht) to get back to Phuket Airport.

When doing your booking with Booking,com, please check if Breakfast is included in the price. We were in the impression that we had booked along with breakfast, but was disappointed to learn that it was not included in the price.

Staff were excellent, good customer service, hotel was clean, rooms are cleaned everyday on request. Hotel is in prime location within walking distance to Bangla walking street, Patong beach. Very busy street with lots of options to eat, massage, shopping. Hotel staff arranged a taxi for us to the Airport only for 600 THB

The room 408 that we stayed had a common door to room 407. When we speak in our room the person in 407 used to get disturbed, once he banged the door very hard. We couldn't put on TV and had to whisper in our own room. Breakfast was good but same and had limited options.

The location is brilliant and even though our room was at the front it wasn’t noisy.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was all chicken (chicken sausages, chicken ham and bizarrely chicken nuggets). They take the plates too quickly. I got up to get a coffee which was about 6 feet away and they cleared the table even though I still had food on the plate.

Super awesome and clean hotel. it was a very good stay. we stayed there for 3 nights in two connecting rooms. staff is very friendly They clean the room on the daily basis with your permission if you put the make up room sign outside the room. We didn’t want to do that because we had valuable things inside. The thing we liked the most is that the hotel is just one minute walk from Bangla Street but still not even a single noice in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. They even prepared breakfast for us early in the morning when we wanted to checkout early. overall 10 on 10

The bedroom was like the pictures: comfortable, clean and simple. The bed was huge. We asked two times to prepare us the breakfast early and they prepare 2 full boxes full of food promptly, at the time scheduled! The staff was very nice, always ready to help. The location is quite central and perfect for people that want to party at Bangla road and surroundings. However, probably a bit too much for us. The property is within a 10 minutes walking to the beach with a lot of restaurants choices around. If you ask for cleaning, they will change every day the pool tools and that was really nice. You can also bring the pool towels to the beach. We never found the pool with a lot of people as most of the time we were the only ones there. It has a nice view.

The breakfast has a lot of options but more meal focused. It could have more things like fresh bread and fresh bakery. It was clear that the pastry was not freshly baked. The bedroom makes it hard to dry cloths/bath cloths.

Location was good. 7 eleven was right on the other side of the street. transportation facility was good. Has a number of good options for buffet breakfast. very clean and room was comfortable.

Almost everything is good. A decent breakfast for the price and nobody should complain. Plenty of choice for the 150 baht they charge. It's close to everything, Jungceylon shopping centre, Banzaan market, Bangla Road, and the beach. It has a pool, 24-hour friendly staff, and it's clean.

I stayed in 2 different rooms, and one had 2 single beds pushed together to form a double bed, and this is unacceptable. The beds split apart, and it is horrible. Also, when just relaxing in the room, there aren't many English TV channels.

Great location! Lots of good food, bars, massages, nightclubs, and a beach within walking distance.

Hotel is a little hidden, finding it at first was pretty funny. The street is loud and active everyday of the week. Most of the noise came from Tuk Tuk driving/dropping off people and not from bars/clubs up the road. Didnt bother us but light sleepers beware.

Gave me a free upgrade on arrival. Air con malfunctioned late at night, so they put me in another room overnight and it was fixed before I was even umm the next morning. Gave me free late checkout for 1:30pm. Breakfast was pretty good.

The bed made some noise when you moved. But nothing major.
