I had an incredible experience at this location! The hotel was impeccably clean, and its proximity to the beach, mall, and local shops made it perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay. The staff were outstanding—polite, respectful, and always eager to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, ensuring a memorable and comfortable visit. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for quality service and an ideal location!

The stay was exceptional overall, but one suggestion for improvement would be to offer in-room delivery for takeout orders or to allow the delivery person to bring orders directly to guest rooms. This small convenience would enhance the guest experience, eliminating the need to go down to the reception to collect deliveries. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were outstanding!

I was concerned that the central location of this hotel would mean street noise but this was not the case. I was very happy for my 11 night stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was brilliant. I enjoyed the room service for a couple of meals and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Due to my flight times the hotel allowed me an early check in and late check out which I really appreciated. I would stay there again.

There were some noisy guests next door for 2-3 nights with children running up and down the hall and their TV very loud. Even after complaining it persisted.

Right in the middle of Patong with a pumping night life and everything you need. The room itself isolates the loud noise of the busy streets very well, sleep will not be impacted if you close the door and window. Staff are great, very helpful. Food was good, breakfast had a good option of Asian and Western. Dinner was also pretty good value for what you got. Bed was good, clean and comfy.

Towels- 8/10 times had some sort of stains and could do with an update. Shower design (for two people) is not it. Quite small but works for a single person in the shower. Water changes temperature while in use (hot to freezing back to boiling, all without changing the settings)

Booked a 2-bedroon apartment. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, with umbrellas provided for rainy Phuket weather. The location is smack in the middle of busy Soi Sansabai and we could Walk from the hotel to the beach with our elderly family members. Passed by many little cafes, tour operators, and massage parlours. Food at The La Lantern restaurant is tasty, we had lunch and dinner there too. In room dining/ room service was timely and had the same menu as the restaurant. Friendly cleaning, concieege and restaurant staff.

The hotel is surrounded by some abandoned buildings, so the view from our room was not great. There is no driveway up to the lobby, so taxis dropped us at the kerb, which was inconvenient when it rained. One of the front desk staff was a bit indifferent to guests. No irons or ironing boards in the room. Rooftop pool was run down. Despite that, i would recommend the place for tourists who want to wander around Patong and Bangla area.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff member were really welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that we had booked two type of rooms which accommodates our party and had made requests that our rooms be either interconnecting or close by which was acknowledged. However we weren’t told when the booking was confirmed and it was only after payment was charged closer to arrival date that we were told these two rooms are in two separate wings. We then had to pay for an upgrade to be able to keep our party together. While we were given a slightly discounted charges for the upgrade, we were left with no choice as we were already charged for stay.

I have been to phuket many times and I can easily say this hotel surpassed the other hotels I stayed at. Prime location 2min walk to bangla road. This hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, massage parlours, atm machines, currency exchange shops, 7/11's and much much more. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Glad the Ac worked well as the temperature outside was 34degs plus. No complains about the room. The reception staff were amazing and super helpful. They made a slight cock up with one of the rooms however made up for it with great gestures that we was pleased with. Super friendly staff. Clean hotel. The swimming pool area didn't look great but that did not matter much as the beach was 5min walk away.

I liked everything

I've stayed here several times and will again, mainly because of the staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. I was here at Christmas by myself but they are so friendly I felt I was visiting family. The restaurant has a great crew with a really good breakfast including the made to order eggs. The rooms are very clean with a friendly and accommodating cleaning staff. Security is provided and it is a very safe feeling building. The location is right in the heart of Patong with a short walk to Bangla, the Jungceylon mall, and the beach. Despite being this close to everything, it is surprisingly quiet. There is a very helpful person in the lobby for planning excursions with storage for luggage if you are staying overnight elsewhere. A very nice touch is each time I've checked out of the hotel and come back, the cleaning staff made a very nice welcome back display on the bed. Just can't say enough good things about this hotel!

I truly can't think of a thing!

The 2 bedrooms apartment was very comfy, spacious and clean. It's obvious that is was newly renovated. The parking was an adding value to our stay. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, shops and a mall. Walking distance to the Patong Beach.

It's only that when it rains the water flow over the street infront of the hotel. Just infront of the hotel and other streets you can walk normally even when it rains. I didn't expect the street to be so crowded especially at night. I don't recommend it with kids. I only booked this hotel for being in the center, had parking and 2 connecting rooms.

The location was perfect very close to the Phuket nightlife. room was nice and decent. the restaurant had great food and friendly staff. totally was perfect for my family for a 7-night stay. just the hotel reception staff wasn't very friendly and hadn't any smile on their face. The pool was clean and nice, one on the roof and one in a back yard. Thanks, guys
