All the staff at the hotel were happy, polite and very helpful.

The showers were uncontrollable, switching from cool to very hot in an instant, making it impossible to have a relaxing shower.

Breakfast option wasn’t the best. But still acceptable I guess.

The staff, central to lots of stalls, food and entertainment areas in Patong. We enjoyed the Massage palour connected to the hotel and the infinity pool. We were able to walk to everything and if we needed transport, it was easy to obtain.

The only gripe we have relates to smokers up by pool. It's a smoke free area however if they allow ash trays to customers, give them a smokers area but away from the pool on the rooftop so it does impact non smokers like myself who are in the pool. I get into a coughing fit when I'm around smokers. People staying at the hotel need to smile more at the staff, it doesn't take much to show some appreciation towards the hard work the staff do each day.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous, it had all we needed to have a comfortable stay and what made the stay even better was the free upgrade on arrival. It's my first time in Thailand it just made the experience even better, thank you so much!

Everything good

Everything was good room is of good size yes it was two single bed put together but you hardly noticed, the service from the staff if needed was great and helpful, for example the AC was not on in the gym room they quickly called two members of staff to fix The food was good and the price wasn’t that bad I paid 370b for two meals for myself and loads to choose from From the beds to the towels were changed every day

Nothing to not like really

The customer service is perfect and welcoming everyone no matter the race or ethnicity. I highly recommend this hotel to most travelers in Phuket Thailand , it’s really nice and easy going staff

For me everywhere was perfect. It’s a good place to live when you’re in your holiday in Phuket and like the views

Location, Facilities. Swimming pool

Unfortunately there were a few renovations happening but understand that these need to done. Only issue was workers sanding beams over the pool. Filings falling directly into pool … only in Thailand 555

The Pool, Gym and Sauna were clean and well kept. The outlook from the rooftop pool deck was fantastic. Location was easy access to everything whilst being just off the main street meant good rest when needed. Food was great and so were the smoothies

The bed wasn't as soft as I would normally prefer as a lean person. In any case I guess most other people prefer the more firmer/supportive mattress. The rooftop/gym/sauna etc doesn't open until 10am. Also, on one night there was a power outage until about 2am but most of us just went up to the beach to enjoy the cool breeze until the power was returned (not the hotel's fault).
