Friendly, helpful staff. Good wi-fi, air conditioning, water pressure and proximity to restaurants/nightlife etc. Large room with a big, comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily and free water left by the staff.

This is subjective, but for me it was too noisy at night. I could hear music until 4 am each night/morning and my room backed on to a lane where there was the constant ‘roar’ of motorbikes and dogs barking. I might just have been unlucky but it definitely distracted. The TV was tiny for such a big room and the safe was too small for a mid sized iPad.

Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us.

I had to buy ear plugs for sleep time as the party Street was full on till early morning.

Spacious and clean room; air conditioning did its job very well; great location of the hotel, in the heart of all activities; plenty of places to dine right next to the hotel; very nice staff; and all this at an incredible price! What more could I have asked for! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Hacienda Phuket, you are wonderful and on our next holiday we will definitely come back to you only!

Highly satisfied in overall - great location, and quiet at the happening area. Please upgrade the washing machine facilities with dryer as well. During my stay, the dryer is broken so I need bring to another shop. I'm ok to pay for it but just ensure the equipment are well maintain, also please provide with washing powder/liquid, or can sell as well.

It was very clean and well located. I don't understand the low points. It's a good value hotel, people paid more for a hostel bed in our facilities while I had my own room and outdoor chairs .

The shower water in the bathroom doesn't drain properly, I guess the tiles are not balanced well. And no other solo female traveler guests, usually men are staying.

Very nice room, near to Bangla walking street. Receptionist was very friendly. Good for the Solo traveler, Couples etc.

There are no staff available at reception after 7PM. One security/care taker will be available near the Bike parking area for your service. But bit difficult to find him on time.

Good Location. Very near to Bangla road and 7/11 and very near to Patong beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the outdoor environment as well.

Ants.!! There were many ants in the room and they kept attacking our food. They were also in bed. They didn’t provide Shampoo though we asked for it twice and gave some soaps instead. There were a little stains in the curtain and bed. At night time, it was difficult to find any staff to reach out to.

Though it’s small and simple old style room. It is very neat and clean. And the location of the property is the highlight. Very cheap. For this price it’s a hidden gem. Worth the price.

AC is not adjustable and not cooling up fast. In the bathroom there is a small ventilation window which is exposed to bike parking area, heard some noises from that place.

The rooms are nice but basic, no drawers or other areas for clothes besides a wardrobe to hang shirts etc. Power turns off when you leave the room so it takes 20-30 minutes to cool when you return. Other than not having full lighting everywhere it was a nice room and close to Bangla Road shops, restaurants and bars.

No full time receptionist and lack of furniture for clothes.

The property is at a great location, you can walk pretty much to all the intended places in phuket beach, Bangla street etc. I feel the room is fairly basic, ours was facing the street but we only stayed for one evening and it did not bother us since the alley was calm even though the place is very close to all the chaos. The receptionist was excellent and helped us promptly.
