friendly helpful staff. Basic but comfortable little rooms. Location couldnt be closer to the madness that is Patong beach. Close to action but pretty soundproof which is important unless you're young enough to be part of the party tildawn crowd.

We paid to include breakfast DON'T DO IT! Breakfast is served al a carte across the street at a location of The Coffee Club. We ate there 3 times . First time kitchen lost our whole order and it took an hour to get a couple of eggs. Second day I got my breakfast but my wife was still waiting when I was finished . She got her breakfast after about 45 minutes. Third day it was almost an hour (54 mins) from when we sat down to when we got our food. Seems the kitchen staff was an organizational disaster.

We stayed in capricorn village for 8 nights. Below are our observations. Breakfast: They give voucher for the Coffee Club across the road and they have amazing breakfasts! Central Location: It is 3 min walk from Bangla Road. 7 min from patong beach and mall. On next to everything. Ambiance: They have cute little village theme. It feels unreal that such greenery on next to all rush outside. Housekeeping: Room cleaning was rapid. Kudos to the team! Comfort: Bed was hard as .... I don't prefer to sleep on soft bed like feather so it did not bother me. Air conditioning and fan was functioning perfectly. Value for money

*Noise. Noise. Noise. I did not predict the music and bass from bangla road can be this much. There is no sealant in windows, so, if you are light sleeper, be prepared for bangla nights. Me, personally, had difficult time in first days, a bit used to it in the end. It should be something to consider for families with kids. If you will not come to your room before 2am, never mind. *WiFi was not the best. They give sort of a voucher and you need to login with username and pass. It keeps log off and does not connect time to time. Can be improved for sure. *My humble recommendation, amenities can be improved. Toothbrush, shaving kit, hand soap etc. We solved all from 7/11 though. *The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But they try to do help you on your requests.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities very nice. The hotel in general was easily accessible and in the centre of Patong. There was a 7/11 very close and the breakfast was very nice at a cafe across the street (you could choose one plate from a specific menu and one beverage).

We did not like the area of Patong at all (but this was our mistake, not hotel’s fault). If you cannot sleep with noise, you need to know that the hotel is very close to Bangla road so until 4 a.m the music from the bars is very loud. However, a pair of earplugs did their job !

I enjoyed my stay there. It's very central. Safe, some reviews have complaints with the noise. Honestly, when we closed the door, there was absolutely no noise. The property is well maintained, clean, and cute. It's calm even though it's in the centre of action. I would definitely stay again. It's absolutely worth the price. The staff is kind and attentive. They even have a 24hour security guard at the entrance.

The A/C took time to cool the room but was strong enough in a while. The fridge was not working. If you are looking for a pool property, this is not it!

Great Location, right next to BangLa road yet very minimal noise heard at night. The Coffee club, No. 6 restaurant, massage shops and spas, pharmacies and supermarkets are all right next to you. Clean and comfy room and toilet. Friendly staff.

Very poor wifi, privacy issue as you must walk past the front of every room especially if yours is at the end, very tiny pool and small seating area around it(can over crowd the front of your room if yours is next to the pool) and house keeping stops at 4pm. Bathtubs instead of walk in showers in the deluxe bungalows.

Listen coming to hotel now. Have lost my passport I think I was in room 11 stayed evening of 5th September and all day 6th September. My passport is very important. Coming to you hotel in 1 hour thank you Ronald Thompson

i took an early morning flight to phuket. i checked before arriving if i can check in early. i was informed that it depends on availability. i arrived around noon and they were very kind to allow me to check in. they were very friendly and accommodating. location is perfect for me for restaurants, beach and bangla road where songkran main activities were taking place. i would personally recommend capricorn for any travellers.

All on ground. Yay! Pretty gardens. Relaxed atmosphere.

For some, noise from neighborhood could be a bother, but to not me though. Pool not well maintained.

The room was great, big, AC worked well and the bathroom was nice with a big shower head. The best part of the room was the little patios outside, so nice and relaxing during the night. Pool was good, although could do with some new sun beds. Location was perfect for anyone who wants to party, but if you want a quiet night in you can do that as you can’t hear much in the room. Love how they have beach towels

We had to wait for check in and it was incredibly hot in the lobby as there was no AC. Tv didn’t work but we were not fussed.

Amazing Location right in the strip! It is kind of hidden away and the hotel is very unique. the bungalow and the trees really make you feel as if you are in a village (Ofcourse we can hear the club music as its very close to bangla road). The reception staff and hotel security were extremely friendly.
