My favorite hotel in Phuket. It’s a very nice, cozy, and well-managed hotel in convenient part of Patong just few walk steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops, and fun nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with good view. But, what's really best about this hotel is the staff and quality of service. Everyone of the staff members that I interacted with are caring, professional and friendly. Especially the front desk staff are great. In particular Ms Ratty at the front desk went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I like the room and the balcony.

I don like is the TV is not clear and not much program to choose ,Breakfast is not nice and not much choice the venue should had include breakfast on the booking as morning I use to woke up early and can't find foods and not willing to pay and also should improve on the food , while check in to the room had to walk up a slope to the wing and then took a lift to ours rooms , this is not a convinence for especially elderly people or with leg problems, suggest that to had a flat platform to walk instead. And also for our wash laundry not enough to use to dried out clothing's .or had a proper things to dry our laundry . And as for security in the night there is not a proper security at the main doors area and the wings we stay . Need to improve it . Overall is good and nice place to stay .

This is a very clean, well located hotel. It is located 5min walk from walking street. Alot of services near by such as supermarkers, pharmacies, food stalls and restaurants. The neighbourhood is safe and relatively quiet for phuket. I liked the size of the room, even though its old, but its spacious and clean. The toilets are in good size and clean as well. The balcony is huge and the view from there is breathtaking. Room service is done everyday. (1114) The staff here are very helpful and attentive. They even helped us getting taxi to the airport. The pool is really nice and chilled Overall, the hotel required some maintanance. Other than that all was smooth.

We required to deposit an insurance amount of 100 usd on arrival. I understand the concept of the deposit. However i dont like it. On of the elevators was under maintanance which was really frustrating and takes a very long time to get it. The pillows were not to my comfort. But the bed was okay. The checkout process is slow as they required someone to go literally check the room while we were waiting in the lobby which took a while. Again, i understand the concept, but we are in the 21st century, there are hotels with express check out.

The location is very good and the breakfast is goos as well. The view in upper rooms are nice.

I think there is an issue with the Wifi. It need to be improved.

The hotel location is quiet but is very close to Patong Bangla walking street and a short walk to the Junceylon and Central shopping malls. We stayed in the hotel's Paradise wing which is the tall tower. The other wing (Royal wing) is the short building surrounding the layered pool. The view is great from the Paradise wing and wonderful to have a tiny balcony. It was nice that the hotel provided slippers and umbrella for use. Each bed had two pillows to choose from.

The air conc vent drips water during the day when we are out. So there is puddle of water on the hallway floor whenever we come back to the room. The power outlet by the bed works only when the room light is turned on, so no overnight charging of laptops and phones. Checkout was a bit chaotic and unorganized but staff with helpful.

Location was good. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. There are tonnes of shops as soon as you step out of the hotel, very easy and accessible to get anything. Even though its close to bangla road, its away from the noise.

Breakfast could have been better (specially for the price)

Incredible in every way possible. The staff were the best part, everyone was so helpful, Pon and Mary were so wonderful and there was another lovely man that even showed me where the leisure room was after I checked out while I waited for my night flight💕

Overall, a nice place to stay. Good room, good aircon, good location.

Disorganised layout at breakfast. Lack of cleaning around the pool area. Many staff with a walk on by attitude to litter being there for days.

Everything was good.

First room we had was on a smoking floor and everything smelt like cannabis. Didn't like the shower in the bath, needs to be upgraded, at least withh glass barrier and not old shower curtain.
