The location is perfect, it's in a quiet dead end alley, yet only a two minutes walk away from Bangla road. It's also five minutes walk away from bus stops from and to the airport (the Smart Bus running up and down the length of the island for a flat 100 tbh - also a great way to explore very nice beaches along the western coast by hopping on and off this bus route). The main street off the alley is a major thoroughfare with restaurants and shops galore. The hotel room furniture is a bit tired, but it's functional and the rooms as well as the hotel in general are kept spotless clean. You can tell this is a well run establishment. My room had a view over the alleyway of the front entrance, and from my balcony I could see the lighted billboards on Bangla road a couple of blocks away, minus the noise. The breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about, but still a solid deal. Get your coffee fix, eggs, veggies, fruits and some sweet carbs too if you care to indulge. The place in general has a good vibe, makes you feel welcome: an invitation to let your guards down and immerse in that tropical island easy going attitude. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phuket.

All staf good and kind, but in my opinion need to exercise the English language some of the words not understand and much mistake from staff

I went to the hotel restaurant several times. First time I asked for scrambled eggs. I got eggs onions and tomatoes. I DIDNT EAT IT! asked for toast n juice. THEY SENT ME TO THE BUFFET. Charged me 350 bht for eggs toast n juice. Asked for a pizza to be cooked well done. THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME. I went elsewhere where they did understand me. A few more situations occurred with the restaurant staff as well. Perhaps you could have at least one person per shift that understands English. You lost a lot of business with me .

the location is great. staff are super nice and helpful and they also have bikes for rent. the mattress was great.

when I did the booking I specifically stated two single bed since I traveled with my mother. when I arrived to the hotel we received a room with one king size bed. the staff said they don't have room with two beds and if I want additional blanket so that I wouldn't have to share it with my mother I have to pay for it. after a short argue they changed they gave an extra blanket for no charge and the room was changed the day after. if wasn't for this incident I would have gave 10 to the hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect, all the staff were super friendly and the facilities are exactly what you need for a holiday! They also provide a laundering service which was phenomenal and a great price. The location is perfect and you’re right in the middle of the action. The breakfast buffet is a great choice too for every morning, many options and delicious. A very comfortable and affordable place to stay

Absolutely amazing place and service. I travelled alone and was at the end of my stay. CC's take care of everything for you, communicate with you via WhatsApp regularly, transfers, incredible fresh food, hourly shuttle to town and hotspots, beautiful staff and teachers. Cannot recommend enough!! I will be back.

There wasn't anything I didn't like and if there was I have confidence the team would have sorted it out for me.

One of the Best Value Hotels I’ve Stayed At For the price, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic—situated on the main road, it offers easy access to local attractions and amenities. Surprisingly, despite being on a busy street, the rooms are quiet and well-insulated from outside noise, providing a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent value, outstanding service, and a convenient location.

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk from Bangla road (the place you can't miss you like to party) and approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach. Many restaurants and bars just around the corner. The hotel itself has also bar/restaurant for good prices. I ordered room service (food) couple of times and it was very tasty and fresh. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room comes with a balcony where personally I could have my coffee in the morning and you can also smoke. Tho hotel is basically within s noisy area the soundproofing is very good and it won't bother your sleep.

The concept of open bathroom is something I still can't understand. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet resulting in wet floor after one shower.

amazing location right by Bangla Road and only a 5 minute walk down Bangla road to the beach, this is a great option for anyone wanting to head out into Bangla in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was nice and easy, my room was spacious and extremely clean. the maids are also extremely friendly and come along and clean your room every day including fresh bedding and new towels, they come at around 2pm or so which gives anyone partying too hard a chance to get up and out and not miss the cleaning.

my only slight issue was the shower, the shower is very temperamental and very hard to get to a good temperature, sometimes the water is just far too hot, it’s literally scalding and the you change the temperature the tiniest bit and you suddenly have cold water, it’s so odd!

The location is close to Bangla street, few minutes by walking, so you are near all the shopping, food choices and entertainment, beach is close. Being in such a location, typically there is high traffic

The place met my expectation. It is near to the Bangla street, it is busy area. Which may be good for some, but those who are looking for isolation and 5 star luxury, it is not for them.
