The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and Main Street. The room itself was big, with a comfortable bed and aircon that worked perfectly. It’s definitely good value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

The room isn’t very soundproof, so bring some earplugs. We got woken up by outside noise in the morning. The pillows were also a little to high for us

A warm friendly welcome from the two gentlemen that own and run this guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout without it feeling overbearing. I stayed in room 2 at the back of the building throughout my 6 nights and it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and towels were changed on a regular basis or whenever I wanted and I had two bottles of water at no cost placed in my room everyday. The bathroom whilst small was perfect for myself. Kettle was also provided and the A/C worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable and I slept perfectly well. The location could not be any better and it took me 7 minutes to walk from the front door to the Aussie Bar on Bangla road and there is a massive choice of other places to eat and drink within the close vicinity. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Phuket in the future. Thank you for making my stay worry free and entertaining.

Nothing. I think for the money I paid in low season and for the service provided there is nothing I can think of to complain about.

Super warm and polite owners, always available to have a small chat and give tips on the location and what's to do around. Thank you for your great welcome :) ! For the room itself, a soft mattress and comfortable bed, spacious room extremely well cleaned whenever you need it, a good pressure in the shower and on spot wifi signal. The AC worked well too. It's located near the city centre, 10-15min walk from the beach and even if Patong is a crowded and noisy place the street of the hotel is relatively calm. You can additionally find a 7eleven store, couple restaurants and laundry services in that street.

The windows from my room weren't that great to prevent all the noise from the outside to get in, I'm fine with it but people with very light sleep may prepare a pair of earplugs just in case.

The hotel is just a few meters from a 7/11 open non-stop, as well as a currency exchange. Restaurant 89 is less than 100 m away, good and cheap food. The beach is close, Bangla Road is close, the mall is within walking distance Everything you need is within walking distance This is my third time staying here.

There is another wall in front of the window. With some kind of shutters that I don't think it open and prevent natural light from entering the room. It wasn't an inconvenience for me, but I would have preferred a little natural light. I didn't stay in the room during the day anyway

Excellent location, full facilities you would expect in a place 5 times this price (e.g. huge room, emperor bed, safe, fridge, desk, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom, kettle, cleanliness). 2 free bottles of water provided each day. Very quiet at night and mattress was really comfortable. Very cheap and efficient laundry services available next door to the building. Close to all amenities and beach only 10 minutes walk away. The owner even supplied a beach towel every other day over my long stay. Joined Fitness Hero (only 12 minute walk away and substantially better than any hotel gym) and used the Andaman Sea for swimming so no need for expensive on-site facilities a hotel provides. Massive choice of cost effective food places to eat in the area.

Very minor issues. The power sockets only provided a trickle of power (charged iPhone and toothbrush if left on all night but wouldn't charge iPad). No elevator but I was in room 2 which only meant a climb to 1st floor, not a problem for me but a note to anyone else who might need assistance. Shower head not adjustable. No balcony or window view but this is a 2 star hotel!

There was nothing that was not great at this stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, with a much softer mattress than I have so far found elsewhere in Thailand. The sheets feel luxurious. The wifi was fast (I got 92 mbps). Water pressure was great. I stayed on the back side of the building. Not much of a view, but because it looks over a dead-end alleyway and has taller buildings around, it was very quiet. I'd hear thumping of stereos in tuk tuks occasionally, so if you're an especially light sleeper, you may not experience the same level of quiet as I did. I sleep like the dead, so nighttime sound (and I'm talking from 10pm onwards here, I didn't stay out late) was not an issue despite being just a short walk from Bangla Road. AC was more than adequate. For the price, I can't actually imagine a better value stay anywhere in Patong.

Well, Patong isn't my cup of tea. So honestly, I'd love to take Le Tanjong House with me to every other destination in Thailand. What I didn't like is that it's not portable to other travel destination. There were also some tiny ants in the room. They didn't bother me so they didn't bother me. I mean, it's in the tropics, so a bug-free experience isn't high on my list of expectations. But I guess best to know that they're there.

Le Tanjong House is a lovely guesthouse about 10 minutes from the busy Bangla Road area. The room itself was spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. The shower and bathroom was good too but a little tight at times as I am 6"4 and a bit stocky. Access was good even late at night and always felt very secure. It is set off the main road and wasn't too noisy. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Price was very competitive too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Tanjong House. The room and bathroom were spotless on arrival and were kept so clean throughout our stay with daily room cleaning. The biggest stand out to us was how friendly and kind the staff are. The Family are so welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The Location is perfect, close to the beach and great economic restaurants. Thank you :)

Excellent location, just smack right in the centre of the busy area close to everything but at the same time surprisingly quiet (I had a room facing the back). Rooms are a good size and sparkling clean, serviced daily and really well designed for convenience, simple but with all the amenities you might need. The hosts are nice and always available, which adds extra security to the building. I'd recommend Le Tanjong to anyone visiting the area for a few days, very good quality for money.

There is no elevator, three floors in total Not a problem for me at all but just a note if you have a lot of luggage or are not comfortable with stairs.

The owners/staff are so friendly and courteous. The room I was in had a balcony view of the surrounding streets. The area feels alive at all hours, with plentiful eating options and amenities on your doorstep, and so many nice beaches etc easy to get to. I recommend using a rideshare app to travel by motorbike around to the beaches - it's so fun to zip around this area, in particular the route to Kamala beach.

I'll admit: I didn't enough research on Phuket. This is situated in Patong - and a particular part of Patong - which is an ultra-touristic, hedonistic, feeding ground at night. Don't expect serenity and you'll be absolutely fine.
