- location is amazing for Patong, near everything central yet very quiet - room is nice and comfy with a good balcony - room is big with lots of shelves - free soft drinks daily in fridge - bathroom is nice with a lot of space for stuff - bed is big and comfortable - the garden is nice - breakfast was nice, plenty of options - staff was nice - great value for money - it looked like some parts of the hotel are renovated, so we'd like to visit the new rooms next time

-overall things were great, but one suggestion is a bit better cleaning - more attention to dusting surfaces and cleaning the corners on the floor because dust was piling there. -the wardrobe had a bit of a mildew-y smell. -it would be nice to have chocolate spread alongside the jams in the breakfast section

It’s clean and comfortable, has a great pool and a gym. The aircon works well and is quiet. It’s well located for me. They put a birthday cake in my room fridge on the day of my birthday. Nice touch.

The guest wifi has to be reset every time you use your phone but they gave me the password they use that keeps you logged in.

Staff were very accommodating

That there was no bacon for breakfast. Every morning we were told they had no bacon but then we could easily get a BLT at lunchtime. Sneaky way to keep the breakfast cheap. Disappointing.

A short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and Bangla road but tucked away where the resort feels very quiet and relaxing. Pool area and swim up bar are great. Rooms are good, big size. There is a short cut through a back alley to the beach that makes it only a 5 minute walk, asked at reception for directions. Would definitely stay again if in central Patong

All the light controls at one point beside the bed make no practical sense and is frustrating to use. The shower is in the bath, which was not a problem for us but may be a safety issue for older or limited mobility persons getting in and out, there is grab rails and step provided, however. Breakfast was nothing special but ok for the money. Overall the hotel is good, the above were small issues for us.

Location was great. About 10 mins or less away from the beach, shopping centre 10 mins or less and plenty of food places. Spa was great. Had a great experience with the spa and had a good massage after a long time. The hotel itself, though central seems isolated from the crowd. It’s quiet so you don’t have the sense like it’s in the thick of the city. Staff were always polite and welcoming. Has complimentary drinks everyday (not alcohol) and plenty TV channels to watch too.

I’m not a fan of having the shower over the bathtub but i guess it’s a design thing so i went with it. Might be hard for elders who need to get into the bathtub, it can be a slip hazard but they do provide an anti-slip mat. Though the mat looked browned and old. The shower head was a bit wonky cos it was spraying water all over, as all old plumbing fittings do. Can’t remove the shower head too. Think the room can do with a bit more light. They use tungsten coloured light so it can seem a bit dark. Room isn’t that soundproofed but not much of an issue.

Excellent Location, quiet, very clean. Good service and setup, pool is wonderful, helpful staff, spa is good, I booked the room without breakfast, but i tried it for one day and it was ok. In general it was nice and I might stay again.

TV in the room is small, not many good channels, pillows are hard and gave me pain in my neck and back, the room I booked was on the ground floor and had no shed so I couldn't sit outside when it was raining or sunny.

Location, grounds, pool, restaurant/breakfast, beds, bath/plumbing. Laptop safe. Quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff throughout the property.

Electrical in the room: 1. Excellent lighting throughout except for bathroom sink (poor lighting for shaving). 2. Master control panel by bed was only convenient when in bed. I much prefer to have a light switch on location, not in some far off corner of the room. 3. No electrical outlets by the bed, so not convenient for charging phones.
