AWESOME location. Close to everything. Breakfast was pretty good and tasty. 24 hour front desk. Staff was pretty attentive and helpful. Room was pretty large, with a good sized refrigerator. ( would have loved a microwave for leftovers). VERY quiet for being so close to everything. No elevator but staff ready to assist with luggage Good value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

Key card controls the power to the room, While your away the room gets pretty hot due to no AC running. It did cool down fairly quickly ( 15 to 20-ish minutes). The Shower curtain is too short, water gets all over the bathroom floor while showering, No elevator. The alley way leading up to the hotel from the main street could use more lighting. There needs to be some signage to let people know the Hotel is there.

Location is great - close to the beach (5 minutes walking) and close to cafes, bars, shopping and eateries (5 minutes walking), but because in the courtyard very quiet. The cleaning of the room was very good and stuff were very polite and welcoming. You get free bottles of water each day and towels for the beach. You can also do laundry on site. I also liked the balcony and quietness.

I only didn’t like the bed I felt like the mattress was not attached to the bed

Lovely spacious room, with a big balcony and bathroom. A big comfortable bed and decent storage with real coat hangers. Baan Pron Phateep is set in a cool, quiet courtyard filled with plants - and yet is just a few steps from the main beachfront road. We had a late flight, giving us a day in the beach after checkout. The staff helped us store our bags, and let us use the shower before we set off.

Breakfast has very limited options and also quantity wise also little bit less.

That the booking said we payed for breakfast which I never did, and they told us on second last day. Tried to get a refund or next time we book we can get the breakfast we paid for. Didn’t want to know about it.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied, a bit dark at night when entering property, could do with some auto-motion sencing lightings.

Good sized room. Nice balcony, comfortable bed.

It is situated quite near some loud clubs. If your trip is based around going out in the eveings/ night this won't be an issue for you and it is quiet during the early morning and day. But if you wish to go to bed early and favour morning activities and such this location is not ideal.

It’s clean and comfortable, with a balcony, the territory of the hotel is nice and green, nice view from the balcony. Rooms are cleaned every day, as well as the water is provided daily. Location is good, around 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and cafes are right near the hotel. The nice rooftop bar is right in front of the hotel

The location is great! It is right in the heart of Patong and Bangla road but without the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing! Room is clean and tidy with a big balcony! Breakfast was continental but limited menu option. Staff very nice, offered to pack food when we had to leave for day trips. Staff very good. The uncle at night welcomes us into the our rooms and the reception lady also helped us to store luggage. Very very good staff!

1. Not beachfront at all. This is for all the hotels in Patong though..the beachfront access is only for restaurants. 2. Rooms are very old. Building feels like a old quarter.

Very good hotel! Stayed there last year and came back again this year. Perfect location. Close to everything. No noise from the bars. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. The staff is friendly and polite. The beach is just in a couple of minutes away. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!
