My stay in patong was perfect at the Freedom hotel. The room was clean and had a balcony and all the amenities. The receptionist Lei was so kind and took care of me to let me leave my luggage until my time to leave, allowed me to use the bathroom to change before going to the airport and perfectly arranged my transfer with the driver also helping me with my luggage. I recommend this hotel right in front of Patong beach and just a step away from Bangla Road.

Unfortunately they don't accept payment by credit card, of you choose to pay when at the hotel be prepared to pay by cash.

Awesome location. So close to "everything". You are so close to the beach but also to all the shops, 7-11s and restaurants. Also super close to Bangla Road if that's your thing. Very comfortable room. Super comfy beds. Good aircon. Liked having the mini fridge. Nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. Really enjoyed my stay there. It was exactly what I was looking for and well within the budget.

Nothing comes to mind. It was even quieter than I was expecting it to be because you are so close to Bangla Road and the bars etc.

Very good price for what you get! Amazing location, close to the beach and Bangla, but yet very quiet for sleeping. Reception is open 24/7. They clean your room every day and give you free water bottles. Friendly staff. Good AC.

The window was looking at a wall of the building across, but I didn’t mind this, since I used the room only for sleeping, and the price was good. You get what you pay.

hotel was very cream good staff and very kind full lady on the reception. this is my second trip to Thailand but this time I was staying at the hotel. location is very good very close to batang beach and Bangla road. everyday they change towels bed sheets and provides shampoo water bottles . overall everything is good.

The place is very strategic as it's very near to the beach , food places and entertainment places. Recommended to others to stay there.

During the thunderstorm there's blackout no electricity and water but it's ok since the place is near everywhere so when it's blackout just heads out. Other than that the place is very comforting.

Location is ok for early morning walk at the beach.

There are nights that our room blacked out. Had to call staff to resolve. We only figured it out how resolve it on the second night it happened again. It has to do something with the switch and room card.

The place is in reality good location.Restaurants in from the place is good.The only problem is when yo arrive.Because the sigh 😔 off the place is too small.It's too hard to find.Big problem it's booking charge for the room.Went arrive to the place.I have to pay cash.Wy not booking pay to the room.Booking took the money from my card in abvance

The location is very nice, close to the beach and all the main streets in Patong. The owner allowed me to check-in a bit earlier, thank you guys for the good impression

Since it's located close to Bangla road, it can be a bit noisy at night

The location of the hotel is great! Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and convenience shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean. Even though the hotel is close to busy Bangla Road, there wasn't any noise issues.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the shower is very close to the toilet, so when you shower the toilet seat gets all wet.
