It’s not my first visit to Impiana . 2 things needs a proper improvement and I passed this message to the team . 1. Sun beds . People just put their towels and leave for hours so even you need to wake up at 6am to book or else no more sun beds ! Very annoying. 2. Breakfast quality. I’ve visited Impiana before the pandemic and the breakfast was amazing. It’s not anymore

Location location location!! Right in the heart of Patong and on the beach… very convenient! Restaurants, shops and bars everywhere nearby. Bangla Rd - 2 min walk. Rooms are large and beds are comfy, staff are friendly, breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Rooms could do with a little maintenance. Barra Cuda Beach Club has opened next door plays doof music from 12pm-12am didn’t bother us to much but would check that your room won’t be right next door to it. We had very loud partying neighbours in the room next to us who woke us every night between 12am - 2am partying on their deck I felt like not much was done to keep them quiet and to not disturb other guests sleep even after complaints.

It is located central to amenities and the beach front location means that this part of the beach is free from the crowds. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are pleasant and staff very nice

The sign stating no reservation of sunbeds is ignored and beds are left all day with towels on and not used. Rooms could do with an update.

I liked the room and the service was really good

I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The location is perfect being so close to the sea, one minute sunbathing by the pool and the next you can be on the beach. The food from the poolside bar was great.

I did not like my neighbour, the room i had, was a garden room that had a connection door to the room next door. The connection not being a problem but that meant that the outdoor seating area is shared. He would stay up until the early hours with firends drinking and talking loudly until they left to go into town. This is no fault of the hotels was just an inconsiderate guest who was just enjoying his vacation, normally would not have been an issue but i was their having dental surgery so was trying to recover rather than party.

3rd stay back at this awesome resort Best location in Patong Hands down ,been visiting Phuket for 20yrs and yet to find a resort with staff anything close to impiana,they make you feel at home with nothing too much if you ask. They take such great care of their guests!! Not a huge resort which means no screaming kids in huge pools disturbing your stay,hardly see kids here 👍🏻👍🏻 From the big boss Gerrard to staff yot bear olly bank nee and the rest of the team treat you like family to ensure you enjoy your stay, your not another number!

Nothing, everything from hotel breakfast, dinners and beach bar are on point. Not the newest resort keep in mind but it's not about that at impiana, location and staff outweigh everything!

Location is fantastic, close to everything and right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and addressed all my concerns very quickly.

The resort is a little rundown but is undergoing repairs and upgrades at the moment to bring it back to it's former glory.

Great location and one of only a few hotels in town and on the beach . Probably couldn't have got a better location for beach access and access to the nightlife /shopping/ restaurants . Transport options in Phuket are plentiful but you could stay here without the need to ever use them as everything is within easy walking distance

I was in a room at the righthand side of the complex which meant i was close to the nightlife outside of the hotel and it continued into the very small hours . So if your a light sleeper try and be on the left hand side which would be a bit quieter although location in the complex may be based on the room type

This is the best resort we ever stayed in with our kids, and we stayed in a 5 star resorts all over the world. The main reason why is this the best resort is that it is a small one and you do not have any unnecessary stuff and things around. It is just your nice spacious room, beautiful garden, just 10m to the pool, and 10m from the pool to the beautiful sandy beach. This is really important if you are with kids because it is so practical. You do not have to walk 200m through a big resort just to get to the beach. The beach is just a few seconds away from your room. You also have plenty of shade to hide from the sun. The stuff is so kind, helpful and always smiling and greeting you. I want to thank especially to the super kind security gard that stood next to the beach fence during the day. He helped us to pick up kids stuff from the beach and he was so kind to us during our stay. We just loved him! The breakfast was also amazing, just everything you need. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, oatmeals, vegie corner, croassans, lot of fresh fruits, pad thai, fish, chicken, everything. Outside of the hotel there is plenty of restaurants, shops, markets. Next to the hotel is also very nice beach bar that opens in the evening and has fire show at night. We just enjoyed every second of our stay at Impiana resort and would definitely come back.
