- Location is excellent. Just beside the beach and all happening places - Room size is very good - cleanliness - kids play zone

- I was arrived early but I already requested before to help with making at least 1 room available, I had to wait for more then 2 hours to checkin with 2 kids. As per the staff all rooms were booked. But when I start a fresh booking from the same site I could see rooms available. It was a bit of struggle for me. But apart from that everything was good.

The cleanliness of the room was great! Roomservice comes everyday as well. The hotel is also mindful of the environment which I think is plus. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and good too. The location is right next to the beach and right across from a little foodplaza and of course a minimart!

The market outside has live music and a bar on the corner on the street too, if you have difficulties with that maybe ask for a room in the back. We are sound sleepers so we were not bothered! The music also doesn't go all through the night so..

Great staff as always, great location even its on the main street , rooms are still quiet and comfy.

Hotel is clean and tidy but still you can feel rooms and washrooms it’s a bit old maybe washrooms need more deep cleaning or some upgrades, But still a good value for money.

Location is superb. Right in the middle of Patong Beach, which is so near to the hotel. Bangla Road is just 7 minutes away walking. Room is impressive and very clean. I love the spaciousness of the Family Room. I definitely recommend this for any family to stay. The amenities in the room is good. Towels are so comfy. The beach towel at the lobby is a plus and very convenient! The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. They always are attentive.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived 1hr early and the staff asked us to use a common restroom and keep the luggage at the reception. We could take our lunch and then checked in. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is clean and very close to the beach and markets. A must-stay for medium-budget lovers. It has everything you need within walking distance. The travel kiosk outside the counter was very helpful and we could bargain a deal for Phi Phi island tour. The pool is a bit let down but it's not important as the beach is on a stone's throw distance. We could save much on transportation due to the low proximity to most attractions in patong.

There was a noisy generator close to the room. Rest it was a very happy stay

Nice staff, very kind and very helpful. At the entrance of this hotel is also a travel agent who has reasonable prices.

The location is very bustling, that’s great during the day time and evening, but this place is bustling even the whole night, therefore if you have a very light sleep and you want to rest, buy some earplugs or think about some more quiet places
