Close proximity to everything - beach, shopping place, etc.

The bedsheet and pillow cover could’ve been better. Both were smelly (as in the smell in your clothe that is dry but not dry enough). Asked for replacement but perhaps they overlooked this request.

the room was very large clean and the hotel is cozy. My room (the cheapest one) was on the side of the street, a little noisy bu not too much.

the windows open on an external corridor where everybody walk to get to their room, so basically everybody can see you in if you keep the open windows

Location of the hotel is perfect, the garden inside the hotel is amazing

One old lady in the front desk was not good in attitude! She took our deposit money almost 3000 THB ! She claimed the we are late in check out ! She had a very bad fight with my wife! She was shouting like she’s is in a vegetable market! Finally she steel 1000 THB from us! All other front desk employees were very nice and professional. Our staying was nice till this clash happened!

Great location for walking to town and beach. Old style traditional Thai style motif. Staff is exceptional and very helpful. Third time I’ve stayed there over the years. I always stay in the garden villa which is like a condo.

Was there for 3 days no cleaner entered my room, reported that there was no batteries in the safe, had to remind them the next night for this, also the safe was not even fixed to anything, decided not to use it.... Please be aware you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit, was not good if returning home as you would have the money still,

The location is superb. It is so close to the famous Bangla Road and also the beach. Convenient stores and eateries are every where around the hotel. Room is great. Comfortable bed and shower. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable.. highly recommended.

Great location, affordable, mostly kool staff.

Toilet problem day 1, took a while to resolve, was charged $500 baht for a guest but not the 1st time, go figure. Way to many flies in bathroom sink and area.

The hotel overall was very good. It’s my second time to stay in it. 1st time was 13 years ago. And now. It looks like yesterday. They really manipulated it nicely and perfectly.

The atmosphere of being in Thai village all over the place. It’s really a village.

The location was excellent. The place is a paradise in a central location. The rooms and setting are stunning. But the best part is the incredibly kind staff and the smiles and greetings for everyone. The place is so well taken care of, and the food and service were perfection.
