I can only say that their staff can make your stay more pleasant. Good modern room, great location and very nice restaurants from Tuna, both international and turkish/greek. We will invite or friends and come back. We changed a few hotels in Patong, and I can recommend them as the best one comparing the value for the room.

Not for the hotel, but Patong, in general, is becoming not affordable for tourists. Prices same as Europe and you travel 12 hours to go there. Maybe because of high season and last-minute booking, but I hope this changes. A) Ask for 🔌 plugs, and they will give you because in Patong there are only two plugs for room B) Open shower area, which makes water everywhere, but I can understand as a small bathroom.

The building is very good, bedrooms are also good and there is a nice restaurant at the ground floor. If you need to add guest, is easy and you can just advise the waiter.

Nothing depending on the hotel itself, but it is general for Phuket. I was there for the peak season and price were too expensive for Thailand, with much lower price I can stay in similar structures in many other countries. It is also more expensive than USA and Europe.

I had a really pleasant stay here! The location was perfect and so was the price. It was close to everything I needed, including restaurants, the beach, Bangla Road, tour agents, and taxi services. Having a 7-Eleven right next door was especially convenient. The service was excellent. The staff and Mr. Tuna in particular, were always friendly and ready to help with any questions I had, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything I needed for a few nights' stay. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. You know? What really stood out were the small, thoughtful details. The stylish decor and the beautiful little garden at the entrance gave the place a charming and cared-for feel. I truly loved staying at this hotel. If I have the chance to come back to this area, I will definitely choose this place again.

Booked an extra hotel as previous one was to small for me and my brother. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Seemed it was renovated very recently so everything was new in the rooms. Shower toilet all new as well. Location was perfect of the main rod a nit so not noisy and walking distance to bars. Best of all we were looked after by Jonuz(don’t know if ingot the spelling right) very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. So i highly recommend this hotel. From my previous one this felt like a 7 star hotel. Thanks.

Staff was great. Room was great. Updated and very clean. Loved the balcony. But just no elevator was the only downfall!

No elevator. We definitely got our steps in here, but we were on the 4th floor so lots of walking up and down after already being tired from traveling all around is a lot! So if you have/had any leg problems/injuries/surgeries this isn’t the hotel for you!

Location was good and central to everything you come to Phuket for.. Unfortunately, our room was in the fourth floor and there is not a lift.. and even without baggage , it was a hard job to walk the stairs that high

Needed an elevator

The lady at reception was very responsive. If I needed my washing to be done within less than a minute someone was there to collect my washing etc...

There was no lift. Walking up and down stairs was tiring. But not a big issue just walk slowly.

location was great, near to Bangla Road and to the beach. staff was really nice and helpful. room was big enough with a fridge, a comfy bed, a working table, and an excellent air conditioner. I had booked only 1 night on Booking, but finally I stayed 5 nights at Tuna Boutique Hotel.

Bathroom needs little improvements.
