Great value for money, located straight in the heart of Patong, near Bagla street and the Patong beach. Clean room, comfortable bed and helpful stuff. Can't go wrong if you're after the party action in Patong and you want an affordable, clean room, close to everything.

Being at a central location comes at the price of the traffic noise. You could hear those Tuk Tuk with the loud speakers passing by the whole night, making you jump in your sleep. Sound proofing could be (and should be) a lot better. The bathroom tap was the type of press to flow, similar to what is found in public bathrooms, making it a bit annoying.

Sultan was a fantastic host who went out of his way to help us with the little things. Great location near to the beach and action in Patong, but peaceful enough to get a good sleep.

we had a fantastic stay for 10 nights. the location was perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and all the night life. the room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day, the stuff and manager were incredibly friendly and helpful. thank you so much for having us and making our stay comfortable 🙏

it can be very noisy at night, but that is what you get when you are in the center, for us it didn't bother but if you have trouble with noise at night you should use ear plugs.

Fantastic Location, Near the beach. Very safe area...Shopping mall, and many restaurants nearby. Helpful and cooperative staffs specially the owner Mr. Sultan who gives all the useful information about the things you are looking to do and explore. He was a great help for me. Clean room and large bed. Most important thing is that it's budget friendly combo. It has it's own restaurant specifically Indian cuisine is amazing. I throughly enjoyed my stay. This is my second visit to phuket and second time staying at this hotel. I'm sure the next time I am visiting phuket definitely going to stay here. Thank you and keep on providing good service.

The hotel has great location close to the beach, night food market and two 7-elevens! An additional plus is that it has an elevator and a rooftop terrace with a nice view of the town. The best part however was the manager and the customer service and care we received which was outstanding. He was checking in on us making sure we were enjoying our stay and also gave us recommendations for places to go and things to see.

We found the pillows a bit too hard, but other than that everything else was superb.

great location. five mins walk from beach and seven minute walk from Bangla road. nice rooms with AC, hot showers, very clean. towels and soap/shampoo provided. staff was super helpful & friendly - gave lots of recommendations and made me feel welcome. would definitely stay again!

The location is great. The Patong Beach is 5 minutes walk away. The walking street is about 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a Indoturkish restaurant The food is affordable and decent. The manager, Mr. Sultan is very helpful with any requests. All in all a very good value.

It could be loud at night since the hotel is located on a main street. But the location makes up for it.

I will book this hotel again in future also as it is a perfect place for the vacation. Beach , Bangla street ( which is famous for night life ) , shopping malls, many super markets and restaurants are nearby... They also have their own restaurant IndoTurk where delicious Indian foods and Kebab Shawarma's are available. The staff is super friendly. Clean Rooms, good wifi and air con, have elevator as well. Value for the money...

The help of sultan. Hè is the owner of the hotel which he runs with his parents. Any question you have. You can go to him and it will be taken care of

It might be needing a little fixing up here and there to make it perfect. But value for money its really good. Also his food is very nice. Everyone who work there is very helpfull. Would go there again if I am in town again

Perfect place to stay for someone who’s coming solo. The property host is a proper guy and there is a real good Indian Turkish resto. Right below the property (which makes the rooms smell great) facilities are good and wifi is very very good. Would definitely return to stay again
