-The room was quiet, though the first few days there was a terrible AC mechanical sound running all night. Luckily, it was fixed and then it was truly quiet to be in the center of Patong. -The shower curtain was too short and the water made a mess in the bathroom every time that we showered. -The water took way too long to be warm in the shower (around 10 minutes) so we had to turn on the water for a few minutes before jumping in the shower.

The property is very close to Phuket beach. Walkable distance to Bangala street. it had a lift and there was a safe in the room. Balcony with table and chairs provided.

Our room was next to housekeeping supply room and everyday we would be awoken up at around 7:40ish am due to the lack of sound proofing of the rooms. Can get noisy so bring earplugs. The shower was a bit awkward as you had to get in the tub. The shower usually had hot hot water or cold water, hard to regulate it. FYI- had to leave 500 baht cash deposit.

I loved the balcony facing the street, so I could sit out there and see the beach 🏖️ one end and the mountains the other, while just looking at all the life on the street. The Room itself was very comfortable. With big bed, air conditioning, great size bathroom, free wifi, great tv stations. The music I could hear from my balcony was awesome, yet once inside, it was very quiet. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and showering essentials. The position was great, as I could walk everywhere I wanted to go locally.

There was nothing I didn’t like at all.

The accommodation is in a very good location. If you're just in the mood for the beach, it's only a 50-meter walk to the shore. There are plenty of massage places within 100 meters. A 7-Eleven is almost right next to the entrance. At first, we were afraid it would be noisy based on other people's reviews, but it really wasn’t bad at all. Although we didn’t spend most of our time in the room anyway :) In terms of value for money, this place is unbeatable. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would go back anytime.

There wasn't.

1. Good location. Can walk to the beach in a few mins and to all the shops etc. 2. The receptionist are one of the friendliest I have encountered on this trip to Thailand. They greet me as I enter the hotel. They check everything is ok when they spot I have waited a while for my Grab. Their English is good. 3. Very good value and big bedroom for what I paid. Had everything I needed. 4. Quiet despite being central

1. Had to leave a deposit in cash on check-in. Then they check the room for damage before you check out. In the room they have a long list of what everything costs to repair. Whilst I have never damaged anything in a hotel before,it still feels unsettling that they are this strict. Made me feel like they were trying to catch me out. But I checked out no problem and got my deposit back so perhaps I worried too much! 2. Some ants in the bathroom. Perhaps can't be avoided in Thailand as I have seen them in other hotels too 3. Bathroom is small and when I have a shower the water floods the bathroom as the shower isn't self contained and is right next to the sink and toilet. Not a big deal but mentioning for a full review

Room was spotlessly clean,comfortable bed and decent bathroom with lots of hot water.Bottled water restocked every day,mini bar in room had same prices as restaurant eg 70 Baht for a beer.The reception staff were always helpful and they even provided a shower room with soap and clean towel for free as we left in the evening but checked out in the morning.Nice little inexpensive restaurant right next door,quiet and off the main road. Very happy with our stay.

We had a nice surprise with the hotel! The locations is unbeatable, at half a block from the beach, and a couple of blocks from the walkable street in Patong. The staff was wonderful very attentitve, the room is somehow small but not a problem, clean and comfortable furnitures (not high end, but this is expected for the price) with enough light. The bonus point is how well prepared they are for someone leaving the premises later in the day (later than the checkout), this is a great plus, they have a nice shower room prepared for guests that already have checked out, so you can go to the beach (with a hotel towel) and have some place to get a shower so you can leave the city and continue your trip comfortably.

Not really much, except the mattresses are very rigid so the bed is somehow uncomfortable. The bathroom get wet when you get a shower, which is not really so bad if you know it in advance. However, for the price it is a very good and recommendable hotel as said before.

The room was small, but cozy. Close to all infrastructure and two steps from the best beach in Phuket.

The receptionist first gave the number 305, in which there was a terrible smell of prely. It was not possible to be in it. Then I changed it to a single room on the floor below. In which everything was fine. I don't understand why it was impossible to give a normal number right away.

Perfect Location for Exploring and Nightlife! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just a short walk or ride away. It’s close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Plus, the bars and nightlife are easily accessible, perfect if you want to enjoy an evening out without worrying about a long commute. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and provided great value. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to the action!

You can hear everything in the room like outside. Bad sound insulation.
