Excellent position, quiet location but close to all Patong has to offer. Everything you need is in the quiet street. Excellent massage over the road, excellent restaurant next door, fantastic bar over the road and great laundry service in the street. The hotel itself was great. Comfortable, clean, great breakfast with so many choices, two pools with comfy pool beds, staff all friendly and obliging. Our second visit and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic little resort so close to the beach and everything patong has to offer. The staff were incredible. Air conditioning was great, value for money 💰 🤑 soooo good. Buffet breakfast Fantastic. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants and shopping and Bangla Road. The 2 pools were nice. Would definitely stay again.

Wifi Internet reception wasn't the best/slow. The TV and cable reception was poor at best. But who wants to sit around watching TV anyway 🤔 ???

During check in I was asked to give cash of 100 USD as deposit this while for the payment They accepted my credit card. That is weird. And I was not prepared to have so much cash with me. Nowadays most payments are cashless. Then my TV did not work, the apps were not setup. Then I got a coucher for 20% discount for the bar and restaurant during check in. When checking out the staff did not want to honor my discount. Only after me being quite firm on insisting on it during a lengthy discussion they finally got around.

The hotel was very near the resort centre and beach. It has wonderful amenities and the staff were amazing and polite. The hotel is next to a popular restaurant and amazingly quiet despite its city centre location.

I had no problems with the hotel whatsoever. The staff were more than helpful and the whole property was kept very clean. It has 2 pools and a paddle pool for younger guests.

Good breakfast variety, Thai and Western. Very helpful happy and friendly staff. Pools clean and in good condition adequate sun lounges and umbrellas. AC in room was good. Close to shopping and Jung Celon 10 Minutes walk. Short walk to the beach. Good restaurant next door Orange restaurant, reasonably priced and very clean. Hotel restaurant was ok but a bit expensive the not a great variety.

Restaurant is outside only, views from the room were a little poor (derelict building next door on the pool side}, bathroom was mouldy, needed a good bleach and clean, we reported this but nothing was done about.

Everything is great except that you need to pay 1000 when you arrive. they said WILL RETURNED in checking out, but since todday I did not receive any thing.

- Close vicinity to main road and attractions in Patong, while being quiet as the hotel resides in an alley - Room is quite clean

- Air con is weak, sweating while sleeping - Power is unstable, lift did not work on check out date and we have to carry our luggages down the stairs on our own - Facility is basic and do not expect much

Great location. Our room was on the 4th floor and was comfortable with a small deck. We asked for topper pads as the beds were hard, and they were on our beds that day. Room service was very efficient. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Once the coffee machine was mastered, we enjoyed our morning brew. Cocktails in the afternoons beside the pool were delicious. We enjoyed the total ambience of La Vintage and would return.

Occasionally there was a musty smell in our room. The regular spraying for mosquitoes helped alleviate the mustiness. It would have been great if the ice cream machine was available in the afternoons.

Located in the heart of the hustle and bustle that is Phuket but down a side street away from the noise which was great. Breakfast was average, as in coffee, water, reconstituted juice, 3 choices of cereal, fish dish, veg dish, meat dish, egg station, salad station, 2 fruits, bread, croissants and cake, so enough to choose from. Staff cleared things away quick enough and there was always some kind of cleaning going on, I know their job is t the easiest but they could have been happier. Has a small well equipped gym, 2 pools, not enough sunbeds, towels provided but no outdoor pool showers. Room was a good size, bed a little hard but doable, towels changed, room cleaned and w ater left every day. Room equipped with a hairdryer,kettle, safe and decent sized fridge. Shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste a nice little touch. Downside, noisy ld fashioned air-conditioning system kept awake a few nights. I know Phuket has a certain charm that precedes it but there was nothing on in the hotel in the evening to entice patrons to eat, drink and be merry there. All in all a nice hotel that was clean, perfectly located and reasonably priced. I would recommend and of ever returning to Phuket, would consider staying again

The place felt instantly like home from the moment I walked in. The staff are super friendly from the moment you walk in. The room too took me by surprise on how great it was and it has great noise proofing for a good night of sleep from a tired day of sightseeing or partying. The patong walking street is literally a stones throw away from the hotel but away just enough the noise of the steet won't disturb you.

Northing to be honest. If there was one gripe I can point out was that at the time I stayed there. They didnt have the room numbers printed on the door access cards. But this is a very minor detail.
