It's right in the middle of Patong, with close access to Bangla Road, 7 11, and various food markets. The rooftop bar was closed during our entire stay. The aircon also did not work and was only re gassed after we requested the 3rd time after the 3rd day. Out of all the staff, 1 really stood out with a warm smile and great customer care, the lady at reception Mya, who sorted our aircon problem out. Breafast was good, generous portions. Hotel excursions are well priced and found it cheaper compared to outside vendors. Overall, value for money, the small attention to detail, can truly make this place so much greater.

I stayed at La Vista Patong Hotel for 5 weeks, and I had a generally positive experience. The hotel is in the heart of Patong's nightlife, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to the excellent Hero gym. There are plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines around the hotel. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English, and responded quickly to any issues, such as replacing a light fixture and fixing a faucet problem in the bathroom. Housekeeping was good, with daily cleaning, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The room was fine, clean, no smell, no issues with air conditioning.

The hotel restaurant was not up to standard. The service was mediocre; utensils were placed on the table without napkins, food took a long time to prepare, and the waiters had difficulty understanding English.

On Booking it said hotel transfer was provided. This was untrue. This was very disappointing. I can’t trust Booking to properly advertise their properties.

Everything was great. Large and clean rooms. Very good location. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Mya and her friends.

I am so happy I’ve chosen this hotel while staying in Patong. I lived previously in two others and they can’t be compared to La Vista. This hotel is the best out there: the accommodation is new, the staff is always there to help you, the breakfast is great with a variety of dishes. The room was cleaned everyday, with provided drinking water. The location is just PERFECT! Nonetheless it’s situated in the heart of Patong (Bangla is in 8 min walk), you still can access the sea easily (also 8 min), and STILL you won’t hear noise or music coming out, and sleep with a tranquility :). People who are working here - are the nicest! I needed a good internet connection, so I asked Clara if there’s an opportunity to make the internet faster, and she provided the new router instantly, can you believe it? I cannot be enough thankful! Had only amazing experience living there!

I liked everything from the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The situation is perfect The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing I didnt really want to eat anywhere else as it was so good. The room was spotless and the cleaners came in everyday. To clean the room. Also the laundry service is great its so cheap and your clothes come back the next day clean and folded to perfection 👌. Great hotel and I will be visiting again very soon.

Can't beat this location if you want to be only a few minutes walk to the beach and the nightlife. The nightlife on the street outside is loud but the door to the balcony had a fairly effective noise cancelling seal and the hotel gives out earplugs if you want (I didn't need them). The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. Great views from the rooftop where there is a jacuzzi (not a pool) and in the dry season there is also a bar. The restaurant makes excellent pizza and you can have it delivered to your room. I would absolutely stay here again.

I think at one point the hotel allowed smoking inside the rooms. Or I got unlucky with a room where the previous occupants broke the no smoking rule. Either way it was only a faint smell and didn't greatly impact my stay.

The hotel is located few minutes walk from walking street. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottle water. The staff are so friendly. The restaurant serves really good food, I even went out and forgot to take my wallet which was left on the side. When I returned the cleaners and been in and moved it to the side with all content still in. Big up the cleaner for their honesty. I'll definitely be staying at la vista patong again.

Shower pressure and TV signal quality

This hotel was nice. The staff were awesome and so lovely, restaurant was a bit dear but has delicious food. La vista is literally right off Bangla road which was convenient! We didn’t get to use the pool or rooftop bar as it’s closed during the wet season which is fair enough, would’ve liked to have known when booking. The hotel was connected to a massage parlour which is incredible, the staff there are amazing. But overall we really enjoyed our stay

The rooms were a bit more damaged than we thought. TV wasn’t very modern but we didn’t use it much anyways. If you don’t like being on a busy street then don’t book here because it’s always busy. The bathroom tiles were a bad choice… also there was only 1 lift so sometimes it took a while

location is perfect. near to everything and in the main road. it’s a new hotel, so they are still in construction for the main alley, and their cafe. the rooms are amazing, very spacious, clean, with a good view and balcony. the staff are super friendly and ready for everything. we stayed 4 nights and highly recommend. comfy bed and pillows.

if you are looking for quite, the street could be a bit busy.
