The room was good, the breakfast was nice - we got some packed one morning and the packaging was so good! Very helpful staff. Great location! We felt very cosy and taken care of at this place. Great price too!

The bathroom had louvered doors, which means it had strips of wood that allow for air circulation and partial visibility through the door. These looked nice but we were a bit queasy after using the toilet each time, as it felt like the smell could easily waft into the bedroom - there was no exhaust in the bathroom. This wasn't a bit issue considering all the other pluses, but putting it out here just so people are a bit prepared.

I booked 2 rooms as my 18 year old niece was travelling with myself and my partner. I asked for the rooms together as its her first time travelling and this was our 5th country stop. They upgraded her room for free to keep our rooms together ❤️ The staff where fantastic and really friendly, the manager greeted us every day which was really nice as thats very rare. The breakfast was very varied and the location was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😃

Location & overall is good

Good spacious room and great location. Yummy breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Beach towels available in the pool area. We were able to check out and leave our bags with them for our two day trip to phi phi islands. Everyone very kind!

The place looked much bigger than in real life, the pool didn't have any space. We were denied breakfast before 8am even though our vouchers said 7.30am. The pillows were too big and hard and there were no alternatives. They charge 30% extra for paying by card even though that was not disclosed before arrival. Some communication problems with the staff as some were not very good with english.

I had the unfortunate coincidence that they were doing some remodelling during may stay. They did their uttermost to accommodate me and help reduce the burden. The breakfast is not for the people that party late and sleep accordingly.

The hotel’s prime location made exploring the Patong incredibly convenient, while still providing a peaceful retreat. The location is great, very close to Bangla Road. The street is closed to cars, and vehicles can enter with permission.

When we got to the accommodation, we were directed to the room, but the room was not ready, so we had to wait while they prepared it. The bathroom is old, and the floor level of the shower cabin is the same as the floor level of the whole bathroom, so when you shower, you flood the whole bathroom. The sink is very very small. Since we are smokers and we did not get a room with a balcony, we had to go down to the hotel lobby or outside to smoke.

Location is perfect as it is 3min away all bars and shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful and rooms are “basic” but normal for Thailand.

People are real monkeys. Seriously they should have respect for the others. Please do not shout in the corridor or in the rooms at 5AM. Please staff do something about it as I was nearly about to handle it myself.
