The staff were friendly and accomodating to me during my stay. Locations is great - hotel has a good restaurant and food is readily available and accessible all around. Bangla road is just across the road for great nightlife. And the beach is so close, too!Many stalls and shops to buy stuff like singlets, shirts, beach wear, sunglasses, footwear, etc and great seafood restaurants and stalls, too - my favorite!

One thing I don't really like is the bathroom bath area shower curtain doesn't block the water from wetting the whole floor during a shower, making the floor tiles really slippery. I slipped and nearly fell and it was scary!

Location is great right on top of bangla road Walking street. I have stayed here many times and will continue too. Staff always kind and helpful.

No swimming pool but I already new that And reflected in the price. Tai pan pool is next door to hotel and can be seen from the room if you are tai pan club side of hotel. This will be noisy till 5am When club closes so bear it or join in 😂

Excellent location right in the heart of Patong. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a room at the top floor and got it. There was a little noise from the clubs and bars around, but it was never disturbing. The restaurant is particularly good and reasonably priced. Great value for money.

The american-style shower was unnecessary. Wi-Fi was a disappointment. It was slow and I had to re-connect and type-in the password several times a day.

Loved the location—couldn’t have been better! Breakfast offering was tasty and service staff was great!

The bathroom was extremely tiny and hot water did not work. It would have been good to have a screen for the balcony door to allow fresh air into the room while keeping bugs out.

The PS hotel is very good location but it’s just too noisy from 6 to 6 in the morning where very noisy I would not stay there again But the food are very nice. The worker are very nice.

The bed is too hard very noisy music very noisy at night time

Great location, close to beach and on top of Bangla Road. Staff were really friendly and helpful and room cleaned daily. If you like a quiet night then request a room away from the front because you can hear the music and traffic passing until the early hours.

If you want to party in Patong it’s the perfect place. Restaurant downstairs has a great menu. Easy walk to beach and shopping mall.

Nothing really except had very low shower pressure in my room..

The location is the plus point. It is very nearby to Patong Bangla Walking Street and you can walk to any places from here. Still no issues with sound and light. The hotel have a really good restaurant and you can have many seafood dishes from here. There is enough light in the room and you will get a small balcony as well. All the amenities were good and working. They will take an security deposit from you.

Room size is not big and same with bathroom. Also the lift closes too fast, so mind if you are traveling with your kids.

The staff, very friendly and recommends great food. The food at their restaurant is exceptional.

The hotel is a bit dated, you get what you pay for. The pictures mislead me.

It’s was perfectly located for my needs and local to everything that patong has to offer Staff and reception staff where great, would defo be back
