-location is the highlight of our stay where you can be that close to the rumble yet can have a quite sleep afterwards. - The pool access was a plus and totally recommend it, the loud part is near to the bar while there are other rooms in a quite side. -The staff are cooperative and responsive. - The property is within a plaza of its own with security and different shops and money exchange which is great for minimal efforts.

- The breakfast was average with same dishes every day. - The room was clean but not sparkling clean as it should be for the value. - Room service need to take care of Misquotes on daily basis where we had some sleepless nights because of it.

A very very good breakfast , and The Kee Resort is placed very close to the beach and to Bangla Road / Party. Roof Top Bar is amazing Good The room is big and very clean. Check is all time running so great / no wating time. Staff is so great 5+. We have lived on The Kee Resort so many times and keep comming Back / Thats must tell it all ;)

Can easily find a cheaper Hotel in Patong but not as the same same standard. Have travled in Phuket in 20 Year´s. What not to like on The Kee Resort is not easy to find ;)

BEST location in Patong. BEST resort around Bangla road. Great pool and restaurant, beautiful rooftop bar with great prices during happy hour. Clean, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly. I would like to give a special mention to BiBi and Bim and their colleagues at the restaurant. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a group of friends due to it's priceless proximity to the Bangla road and due to it's great facilities, rooms and service.

Some members from the front desk staff were a bit less accommodating in comparison to other departments, but this was not something that I would consider a deal breaker (E xcluding Tong which was very friendly and accommodating) The hotel charges 1000 baht to bring a 3rd person to the room.

The staff were excellent, always welcomed with a smile and hello plus always happy to help. Room service was prompt. Breakfast was good, many options. If you are looking to be in the hustle and bustle of Patong beach, the hotel is a short walk from Bangla road and the beach. Even though it was close to the action, noise from this wasn’t an issue. They also provided more than one bottle of water per day if you asked, which is great, as all the hotels we visited previously, would only give 1 bottle per day. I wish I had her name but the lady that cleaned our room most days, was very efficient and sweet, I wasn’t feeling well one day, she came in put a bottle of water next to my bed, with tissues and flannel.

The room was spacious, we had a nice view, however we did have to complain, regarding wet floors in our room, which we think was from the aircon, it also felt damp all the time (I think maybe this was just our room) as our friends in the other building had no complaints. We also had an issue with the hot/cold water (which was rectified that same day). On a positive note the staff were always prompt in dealing with the issues that we had, nothing was too much trouble.

Location was perfect, in minutes you are shopping, dining, or on the beach .. all the staff were friendly, helpful, and patient - Tangmo and Tam were two wonderful people, they made you feel special - nearby Bangla Road is loud, but our room was silent .. beds were comfortable .. entire resort was clean .. the rooftop bar offered a gorgeous view of the setting sun while enjoying a cocktail .. I suggest booking a pool-access room for lasting memories ..

I have no dislikes for The Kee Resort ..

The hotel itself is fine and the location is bang in the middle of the action in Patong. We travelled as a family, and while we had no issues, it’s probably more of a couples and singles hotel.

Not a big deal, but on our first morning some laundry was taken and laundered. And we received the bill for good measure. We had not requested that and it was not in a hotel laundry bag, so maybe a little side hustle to generate some extra cash?

The quiet and pleasant atmosphere of the resort as soon as you step off the street! Nice smell, tranquil music and water falling sounds. The pool was lovely.

Nothing really

The staff were beyond incredible especially the lady who would service my room 4408. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was exceptional. Room service was always superb and the tv functions were great, I usually never use the TV. Left a small Christmas gift on my bed! Very thoughtful! The pool bar service was great as well as breakfast! Always efficient. The decor was also great!! Very beautiful stay. Will be back and will be recommending this resort! I wish I had tried the spa!! Next time!

My shower for the first 9 nights or so would flood a little bit draining properly meaning using towels to dry the floor! It was just more work for the lovely lady who would have to tidy it! Other than that all was well!! This wasn’t an issue for me!
