The location is a bit of a double edged sword. It's right next to the food market so you're always 5m away from amazing food. On the downside if your room is facing in that direction, you can smell the seafood from your terrace. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and can easily fit three people. The staff were very kind and checked me in early. The pool was nice and so were the cocktails.

The hot water was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the temperature would randomly change. The WiFi was rather slow sometimes.

Second time we stayed for a month as a base but travelled to other resorts for a few days, clean friendly staff and make you welcome

They had a scheduled power cut from 8 am to 5 pm and the guests were not informed prior to this, which resulted with me getting stuck in a pitch black lift between the 1st and second floor, they had to drag me out resulting in several bruises to my legs, notices were put up after the event, should have been informed the night before

The hotel had everything I needed and the location is excellent, being close to a popular shopping mall and an amazing night market. If you like seafood, the market has plenty of fresh seafood. And also close to walking street, lots of restaurants, cafes & clubs! Special mention to Win, the reception guy! He deserves a pay rise! Outstanding service from him! Thanks for making my stay so special :)

Location is perfect, close to everythin….Staff were really friendly and helpful…..Rooftop pool was nice and chilled….Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Aircon was really good too

I booked the stay for my parents and in-laws (two separate long stays), and the staff were amazing from start to finish. Incredibly kind, service-minded, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable with king beds, balcony, safe, and regular housekeeping. Great location close to the beach, mall, markets, and restaurants. Early check-in, late check-out, and room extensions were handled smoothly — big thanks to the manager Pann and the rest of the lovely team Apple, Lae, Morris, Justin, Jack. The rooftop pool and sunset view were a bonus!

Some nights were a bit noisy due to other guests, but the staff responded quickly and did their best to resolve it. Also, since the hotel is in a lively area, light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Staff were really friendly. They supported with any questions. The location for me was good walking distance to beach and key spots in Patong and shops. The cleanliness was good in terms of housekeeping and accommodated late wake ups!! Great value for money.

I feel the room was below par from my expectation although for what I paid I feel it probably was good. However the bathroom had mould in places and under air condition unit ceiling was peeling off. The curtains had stains along with the red sofa which I felt could be cleaned. The house keeping although was good they did not clean the sofa hence why it was the way it was. Could do better with the bathroom facilities.

1. Poor sound insulation — noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms is clearly audible, which affects sleep quality and privacy. 2. Wi-Fi connection is slow and unreliable, making it difficult to browse or work online. 3. The bed mattress is very worn out; you can feel the springs, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. 4. The TV is a basic model and not a smart TV, so you can’t stream content from apps like Netflix or YouTube.

Great location — everything is within a 15-minute walk, including Bangla Road, the beach, and hundreds of restaurants, massage places, tattoo shops, and more. Super convenient! The hotel has everything you need: rooftop pool, laundry service, a little snack shop, and the Wi-Fi was solid enough to work from without issues. Room was exactly as described — clean and comfortable. Just a heads-up: there's a 1000 baht key deposit, and the snack shop only takes cash, so have some on hand. Would be great if they accepted cards, but not a big deal. Overall, a great base in Patong — would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Neon Patong in Phuket, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. It's the perfect balance of being close to the action while offering a serene retreat to relax and unwind. You can't hear a thing from the street, which is such a rarity in Patong! The facilities were top-notch. The room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels and water every day. The air conditioning was fantastic – cooling the room within seconds, which was so refreshing after a hot day out. The shower always had hot water, and it was just so easy to get comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking – I couldn’t get enough of them. And honestly, the staff made all the difference. The two ladies and the man at reception were the nicest people, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
