Dokdin's Family had been one of the highlights of our trip. We were in awe when we entered the house. It was spacious, neat, clean and very comfy. It was perfect for the four of us. The house has all of the amenities needed. Location-wise, it was a walking distance to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and 3 minutes walk to the Dr Tiger self laundry. The house area was very quiet so we had a peaceful night sleep. I highly recommend this house. We had an amazing stay! The host, Darla was very helpful and gave us a lot of information and even recommended a car charter to us. Thank you Darla!

The host is very responsive and helpful to all our needs since day 1 of our bookings.. The initial room that we booked have a leakage and told the owner early in the morning.. They tried to have it repair but due to the weekends n such short notice, they couldn't get someone to have it repair.. Later that night after we are back from our day activity, the apologised to us and upgraded us to a bigger room wihtout extra charge which I think thats the best that they could have done for us.. 🙏🙏 Mama who was there during our stay, was a very friendly, nice n caring lady.. Mama also ensure that our stay was a very pleasant one and Mama makes us feel like home.. thank you so much Mama.. ❤️❤️ Definitely recommend this home stay to all who wanna holiday in Phuket.. Everything is near n within walking distances.. will come back here in the future.. thks to both the owner n the Mum (Mama) for giving such superb services...

It was a really great stay! I stayed alone with my 1.5-year-old daughter, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment was clean, safe, and had everything we needed — I could cook, relax, and even watch Netflix. At first, I thought it would be too far from the beach, but it turned out to be a very pleasant 10–15 minute walk. Plus, there's a lovely market and shopping center just 5 minutes away. Even with a stroller, getting around was easy and comfortable.

The only small issue I encountered was a large puddle on the street after it rained. If you don’t have a bike or car, it might be a bit tricky to pass. Of course, this isn’t the owner’s fault, but it could be a minor inconvenience for guests during wet weather. Other than that, I really loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it!

The room was nice and clean. Nice bed. The fridge is very powerful and kept our drinks very cold, so was nice to came back and had a very cold drink in the room. The air conditioning is great and we also had a ceiling fan. The location is great, close to the night market, shopping centers, beach, 7-11, restaurants. Dala is very friendly and gave great suggestions for massage up the road, restaurants, tours.

We missed a bigger mirror and the toilet had no window, so the aircon could not cool down the bathroom. The location is in a quiet and safe road but not very pleasant. Place is under renovations.

Great coordination, hospitality, comfort of sleeping, cleanliness, speed of reply on whatsapp, location, decor and projector! The owner manages everything and is very efficient at it. Even as far as arranging taxi bookings or suggestions for transport etc.

It’s a row of rooms with a common corridor so not much open windows or ventilation on either side. If staying long, it starts to feel stuffy. Only one set of light switch in the room. So if it’s off for watching projector it gets quite dark in the rest of the room. Another switch or a lamp will solve this easily. Yet, room itself was always comfortable.

We had an amazing stay !! Dokdin’s house is very spacious, modern and very convenient location. With 24hrs supermarkets and restaurant within 2 mins walk, and 6 mins walk to Banzaan Fresh Market & Jungceylon mall and 20 mins walk to Patong beach or 8mins by tuktuk/car. It does have 2 air cond and is nice & cool. A lot of cats around and a very quiet area.

There is no TV but doesn’t bother us as we are out most of the time anyway. There is a 3 in 1 hair & body gel dispenser but not good enough for the my hair so I bought my own shampoo & conditioner as my hair is pretty dry, especially after the strong sun daily.

Super clean and comfy Owner is very welcoming Amenties provided are more than needed. *Extra bonus on the parking lot!

The location is quite isolated as in quite a distance from the beach but it is located in the neighbourhood of the locals, might need to set some budget for transportation. *There is renovation ongoing nearby, might be a little bit noisy during the day

Clean, comfortable room with a chic feel in a generally quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to a large market (with nightly food stands), large shopping mall and lots of other food and entertainment places. About 15 minute walk to the beach. Dala (manages the residence) is great - very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation is great. They take care of you in every corner of the room, very complete, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They support us enthusiastically, the room is very clean, warm. Great location. Everything is 10 points. Their service is very very great, even until the time we left. I will stay here again if I come. Everyone should come and experience it. It feels like a family, everything in the room is even better than my room haha

The apartment was very large and airy, with two bathrooms and a large lounge that we used for working remotely. It was clean and comfortable. The area nearby has many restaurants and shops, the centre is easily accessible by foot, and so is the beach. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful! Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you!

It is not very soundproof, some noise during the night
