Excellent location and very clean room and good tasty breakfast

This small, inexpensive hotel proved to be a perfect choice. Booking a one-night stay at the last minute for $31 for three adults was easy. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient to the Banzaan market, a nice mall, a Mauy Thai boxing ring, great restaurants, Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach, and just for exploring the area. The staff provided amazing service, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was nice and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax. Everything about this hotel contributed to a positive experience. It offered great value and exceeded expectations for a budget-friendly stay. The staff were so nice and amazing ❤️ with recommendations. They also let us check in 2 hrs early at no charge. I had to check out of my other hotel at 12pm and a wait for a late flight at 11:40pm (23:40). I would definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking affordable and pleasant accommodations.

Many reviewers mentioned a manager/owner, Derek. I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, but there was a man sitting in the lobby on a computer for hours. He never acknowledged us nor said hello. when we were struggling to get out bags in but he never helped or moved. I assumed he was a guest but thought it weird he was in the lobby all day. The all women staff did help and wete delightful.

Room is always functional. Rooms are generally clean, with minor wear and tear. Bed is comfy. AC works great. Breakfast is ok,

Always takes 15 minutes to figure out the TV/Cable remotes. Only grounded western electrical outlet (laptop) is by the bathroom sink. Ordered scrambled eggs, came out very runny, had to send it back (I'm usually not the type of person to do this).

Very convenient hotel in Patong. 1. Probably best value for money I ever had. You get all you need for reasonable price. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. Good location. It's 15 min walk from the beach. And you basically go through the areas which you want to visit - with bars, massage, restaurants. On another hand as it's a bit aside, it's quite at night. 4. Banzaan market is 1 min walk. There you can buy seafood, which will be cooked for you on the 2nd floor, and lots of good quality street food.

I personally liked everything. The only thing I can think about is that if you travel with small children, it may be too far from the ocean. On another side, if you travel with small children I would not recommend Patong at all, there are many better places on Phuket for the big family vacation.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, which was at a high standard. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious 😋 Very close to quality restaurants 👌

The smell of cigarette smoke entering my room from the bathroom. I'm a non-smoker. The hotel has signs of no smoking, but the hotel guests seem to ignore this. No smoke alarms in the room, so if these were installed, it would be nice. Street noise is loud most of the night, perhaps double glazed windows to help eliminate noise.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in Patong, making it convenient to access everything you need. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is close to all the important places to visit, adding to the overall great experience.

The only downside was the slow room cleaning service. On two occasions, we left early in the morning and returned around 5 or 6 pm to find the room still not cleaned. Although staff came to clean after 5 pm, I was too tired to leave the room again. Additionally, I requested shampoo and liquid soap refills, but no one attended to it before we checked out. Overall, the room service was disappointingly slow.

Fantastic location right next to the main fruit and veg market. You come out to this busy street of vendors coffee shops pubs and local stores. The main market, like 20 steps always, has it all from food to cocktails live cooking, fruits and a big local friendly vibe. Had a fab time. Cute little rooms can accommodate 2pax, everything worked well. Their shower is a massive plus- great pressure after a long day day of sweaty outdoors. Junceylon Mall is another 100mtrs of a walk.

There is no power socket next to your bed. The entire room had just one two pin and that was plugged to the water kettle. Probably that’s their are up but if you want to charge ur phone or any electric device you have to get out of bed and do so.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the city center and popular tourist sites. It's also close to public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was smooth, and they were very helpful with directions and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Credit goes to Ms Pui who helped us a lot in choosing interesting places to visit, she was very kind & friendly to make our days. The housekeeping team was also prompt and efficient. Excellent service overall!

Excellent location. Stone throw distance to a fresh market with street food market in the evening and also close to the biggest shopping malls. The best is actually further away from the noicy Bangla Road but closer to local residential areas. We are in a four people room which is on level 5 and we got a fantastic open view overlooking the valley. Very happy about this. The room is neat and clean with a kitchen and a small balcony. There is a washing machine which is just nice and easy to use. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The design of the basin in the bathroom is a bit funny. Its a bit too big that it block the way into the shower screen. One has to squeeze into the shower area which may make people of bigger size difficult to walk through. The location itself is a bit further from the smartbus or bus to old town bus stops. You have to walk about 10 mins to come to this hotel from the bus stop or walk to the bus stop. This is actually not a complaint for us but just a temind to people who want to save money but dont want to walk.

What can I say about my stay here, it was excellent, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, the location was great everything in walking reach, banana market, Bangla road, patong beach, the service at this hotel was exceptional, even the cleaners were always polite and smiling and very hard working keeping the hotel immaculate, the other staff day and night was just the best hotel staff I have ever seen very friendly always smiling and happy, you can get drinks in the hotel bar 24/7 which was great if you like a drink like me, and from 7am you can order a great breakfast cooked by a great chef, the boss is a very nice man always happy to say hello, the rooms are extremely clean and modern and the shower is huge and powerful, comfy beds, you also have a mini bar in your room, I mean actual rum and beers and snacks for you in your room, which was great, I missed leaving this hotel, and will 100% be coming here for my next stay soon, thank you for all the day and night staff (the girls) for taking care of me, all the best from sukh singh, (Mr sangsom 😂)
