Spacious room with great air conditioning and a mini fridge! The room was clean and housekeeping were available daily. We stayed here for two weeks and were very happy with the property. There are lots of negative reviews lately but this property is great value for money as a budget accommodation in Patong. It is in a perfect location to explore the area and access the beach.

Towels and linens could do with replacing, but again, for a budget property it was great value.

Amazing , such friendly staff, has a lovely atmosphere, perfect location really close to the junceylon. It also has Netflix , a comfy bed and a really cute room , it’s really clean , it has a lift , they didn’t take a deposit which is great and reassuring, I recommend this hotel so much , I have stayed multiple times and I will always go back😃😃😃a nice safe balcony also. The bathroom is also great and clean and it has a massive wardrobe for your things , the air conditioning is great. The staff really look after this hotel and they are very very kind people. You feel very safe here especially being a solo traveller. Right across the road is a 7/11 , and a lovely restaurant downstairs with a great price also, I look forward to coming back!

Fantastic location. 5 minutes to night market. Pum cooking school just around the corner and 10 minutes walk to beach. Cheapest beer in area. Friendly staff

Beds were very firm

Aircon worked well, door had a chain lock thing so we felt safe They kept watch over our luggage as we got there earlier than check in time. They helped us book a taxi to the airport Communication was fine in English Water supplied daily

The hotel was generally good, especially having an elevator. The hotel owner(MAMA) and staff were friendly and the rooms were clean a nice hotel for the price. You can also rent a motorbike from the hotel.

The location could be better, but this is not a problem. It was still very enjoyable to walk to Bangla Road it takes 10 minutes away from hotel.

The room was clean and the cleaning girl was fantastic, as were the other staff. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thanks to all the staff there👍👍

Good restaurant and friendly staff.

Plumbing in the ensuite shower had some weird noise issues. It started banging randomly. Water splashed from the toilet seat when someone flushed their toilet. Obviously no ventilation in the sewer. Strange. Never experienced such.

Great location, good prices, friendly, helpful and professional staff especially the girl at the reception, chef and owner.

The bathroom needs a lot of maintenance and care because it's quite challenging taking a shower and the toilet always makes weird noises.

I like the location, cleaness. Their own restaurant is a gem. We visited 2 times as a family of 4 and had the best dishes of the entire Phuket.
