A friend had to stay 3 nights, knowing that there was a sofa bed and we went and told them that he will stay with us for 3 days and the room can fit a third person (double bed and sofa bed ) and we wanted to pay the city tax. Yet, they were asking to pay a 1000 THB to sleep on the couch and breakfast included. Yet i was shocked and told them that if i needed an extra bed the rate is not 1K and you cant make the breakfast mandatory, if i didnt come myself to the reception and told them that he would be staying and i want to pay the tax would you know? The manager directly said no we wouldnt. I ended up pay 800 baht per night without breakfast because i didnt want to ruin my trip searching for a new hotel. But what happened wasn’t logical at all.

Sara, Mo, and Por were extremely accommodating and professional. They were honest and helpful and I would recommend staying here if you’ve got the money and you’re looking for a slightly less busy place of Phuket. Lovely hotel and lovely staff!

Location is okay, 15 min by walk from Bangla Road, 20 min from Patong Beach. It is good for pick-up from hotel activities because at that road is not that much traffic jam as in the center. Staff were very kind and polite. Plus for the swimming pool on the roof. I would recommend this hotel.

They gave us one little soap and didn't refill until it was totally used. The floor towel wasn't changed (two times) when we asked to clean the room. Once we went to the swimming pool around 6 pm and they didn't have towels.

Great staff, clean room always, great cook & restaurant. Utilities nearby all run by locals(laundry, fruit-shop, bike rent, 7/11). Site gives you a great glimpse into Thai culture & their way of living.

Pool was out of service, TV is outdated (no apps) but didn’t take away from a WONDERFUL stay. Gave the hotel a 9, would have been a 10 if these were rectified.

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the room

The TV channels in the room is just plain bad, it doesn't cater for European or English-speaking tourists, all the TV channels are in either Thai, Arab or Indian language, it's very irritating when it's raining, and you are now stuck in your room and there is absolutely nothing to watch on TV because there are no English channels to watch.

Bedrooms were really comfortable with all the accessories you need. Cleaning staff was outstanding, keeping the structure always impeccable

The facilities and the staff were great

Everything was great. We dont have any complaint in general. Only something to mention, breakfast was good but could have had more variety

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. We stayed a whole week and had a great time! The staff very very friendly, the breakfast really good, the rooms beautiful, spacious and clean, the pool a nice plus point and the view from the rooftop just great. We can really recommend this hotel in Patong! Yes, the street infront of the hotel is very busy but it doesn't bother anyone during the night. You can't hear anything in the room (we had two rooms on different parts of the hotel and that's why I can say it). It takes about 15 min on foot to get to the beach so that's good and the hotel has a shuttle so you don't even have to go on foot everytime. We weren't here for the party in Patong and that's why we liked this location very much - perfect starting point for daily trips outside of the city. If I ever come back to Patong, I would choose this hotel again!
