The room was really nice and clean

There’s a water problem. The water is either hot or cold, you can’t have warm water for long enough. If it’s too hot and you move the handle just a little bit to the cold side it just gets cold. That was the only thing that was really annoying. Couldn’t enjoy a shower. We called an employee and they said that’s it’s a known problem and there’s nothing to do.

We stayed at Sky Wave while getting our scuba certification, and it felt like coming home at the end of a long day! The same two awesome staff members that took turns manning the desk were super helpful with any issues that arose. We ended up adding an extra day because we didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean and modern. Across the street was a delicious hot pot restaurant that's open late, and the hotel was conveniently located near markets or anything else you would need.

As it's situated on a busy road, we did hear noise from constant traffic, but you should be fine if you bring earplugs!

The location was a bit far from the beach. It was noisy sometimes during the nights and mornings from the outside. They didn't provide a lot of shower amenities like shower gel and shampoo. But overall, it's not bad at all. The view from the 4th floor was terrible. We didn't have a jacuzzi.

We loved our room - it was on the 7th floor and it had a wonderful seaview of Patong City/bay. There is a large balcony with a bathtub on it - at first we thought it's strange, but it was very nice to enjoy a nice bath with bath-salts and a cocktail - you have more than enough privacy from the nearby buildings + you have a shower in the bathroom. The on-site kitchenette is useful if you want to eat breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views, but you will probably only not use it as much as you think - there are plenty of options to eat nearby. The staff was always very helpful. If you want to pay by card when you arrive, there is a small CC payment fee which you'll have to cover - it's due to local banking rules, but you can always bring enough cash to pay + there are a lot of ATMs / exchange offices.

Great helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, which is a big bonus in Thailand. I've slept on too many hard beds in my time. Nice new hotel, would stay again as I like Nania rd area.

Just a slight hiccup... the power for the fridge and kettle had stopped. He asked his boss to fix but couldn't assist. Wasn't too much of a problem. The bag of ice i bought for a few warm up evening drinks lasted well in the bathroom sink until time to go out.

We seemed abit sceptical at first as the hotel was on a main road however the room was absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the city. Not to mention, the rooftop balcony was beautiful, you had a beautiful view of patong beach in the distance and there were many food shops, stalls and 7-eleven within a 1 minute walk.

1. At the time of check-in there were no staff available and hotel was locked although the arrival time was informed at the time of booking and was duly confirmed by the hotel. 2. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen which messed up all our stuff.

Room every day clean .. spare towels and daily sheets..cellent position..I slept well and I didn't hear the traffic noises ... flap available and friendly

The internet was not always good but I find nothing to say negative overall
