We enjoyed our stay at Baan Petcharat. For us, the hotel was in a good location - it's a 10/15 minute walk to the main area in Patong, but it's far enough away from the madness to get a good night's sleep! The rooms were very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was lovely to have too. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay. There was no extra charge to pay by card at the hotel either, which is something we found all over Thailand!

This is a very basic, no frills hotel, so if you are looking for something fancy, this isn't it. The pool could do with more umbrellas for shade, as there is only one.

The staff are very nice & helpful especially Not & the owner. The room is spacious & very clean, spotless, they changed beddings & towels everyday. Very central location, walking distance about 10 mins to the beach & away from noise but still walking distance to Bangla Street. Joycelun shopping centre is also walking distance. The swimming pool is also a bonus after a day trip relaxing.

Just the front entrance deceiving as so many parked motorcycles sometimes no space to walk in but inside the hotel & room is well maintained. More lighting in the bathroom would be great.

The staff were honestly unreal, treated you like family. On our last day we checked out at 11am but our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they let us stay until we needed to leave for our flight. Even offered us fresh towels to shower and let us in the pool all day. Daily cleans of our rooms. Location isn’t bad either only 10/15 minute walk away from Patong beach and bang la road.

The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. Big closet, with separate kitchen also inside the room. They clean the rooms everyday. They have a swimming pool too. Will recommend it if you want huge space.

The facade outside doesnt look nice at all. It needs some renovation. It doesnt have a front desk attendant at all times. They dont have a “do not disturb sign” available so they clean the room every day. They dont have a parking space and the space is always full of motorbikes. You have to squeeze ypurself to go in and out of the hotel.

onderful stay at this hotel! The housekeeping was excellent — they cleaned the room thoroughly every day, keeping everything spotless. The hotel itself is simple but very clean and well-maintained. Fresh fruit is provided daily, which is a lovely touch. The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything you need. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafés and a 7/11 nearby. The hotel also offers a waiting room for early or late check-ins and check-outs, which is super convenient. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the rooms are very well soundproofed — we didn’t hear any noise at all. The pool is warm and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. Overall, the quality of the stay far exceeds the price — I highly recommend this place!

Good value for money. The rooms were clean and big. Rooms were cleaned everyday and given fresh towels. The pool area was nice too and kept clean. Also plenty of sun beds. 7-11 next door and some shops and restaurants near by.

It is about 15-20 minute walk to Bangla Road. Which is good if you are wanting to be in the quieter part of Patong but still also near restaurants and shops. However if you are wanting to be closer to the beach or Bangla Road, it is about 15-20 min walk.
