Location, friendly staff, clean rooms & good value for money!

Not any fault of the hotels at all but be prepared for noisy drunken guests coming home at all hours of the morning. Inconsiderate rude people. Don’t be those people!!!!

Location is very good, 3 minutes walk from the mall … very close to many restaurants… 2 minutes walk to 7/11 and pharmacy and messages centers … nearby money exchange and travel & attractions offices.

No luggage assistance in the hotel, Doors and Rooms are not soundproof… but acceptable

The staff at Grace Patong are AMAZING! They were very clear in their communication with us before and during the visit. They also allowed us to store our luggage for our last day and even offered a space where we could take a shower before we headed back to the airport. My partner hurt his foot on our last day there and the staff were very helpful and provided all the medical help we needed.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom, though I am not sure if this is an issue with this hotel or with that area of Phuket in general. The hotel is also very close to the muay thai stadium, which can get very loud at times.

This hotel offers a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — close to key attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and safe. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were helpful and polite throughout the stay. Most importantly, the hotel is family-friendly, making it a great option for those traveling with children. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great area.

However, there are a few downsides to note. The rooms are quite small, which may not be comfortable for those traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for an extended period. Also, certain types of Thai fruit (like durian and mangosteen) are not allowed inside the hotel. Additionally, the hotel requires a cash deposit of 2,000 THB upon check-in, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. In summary, a good place to stay with a few things to keep in mind.

- clean, spacious rooms with balconies and airconditioning - new hotel, had a nice atmosphere and a pool on the rooftop (free towels) - helpful and cheerful staff - close to 7 eleven store and to many restaurants , cafes, shopping mall. - well organised day trips to islands with discounts from the hotel. - possibility to store your luggage before check in or after check out. (Free of charge)

-mattress was too firm but we slept well anyway -breakfast was not the best we had in Thailand. Not so many options and the taste was ok. -not good noise isolation in the rooms and therefore was too noisy at night even at the 7th floor. Especially due to the fact that hotel is close to the Muay Thai boxing stadium and the Bangla road.

- The room was cleaned everyday - Beds we're great - Perfect position, close to Bangla Road but quiet, with a 24/7 Wash just downstairs

- This was pretty expensive, without the breakfast included (breakfast was extra 250Baht) - One of my friends used their washing facilities but it took over 24h, we used the 24/7 Wash downstairs and we got the clothes back in 3 hours - There is a non-returning fee of 500Baht for any other guest you bring to your room

The location is good and quiet. It's a very new hotel. Walking distance to Jung Ceylon and Patong beach which is less than 15 mins away. Bed is comfortable, shower room is clean. Overall the room is clean with basic amenities (such as beverages, safe, mini fridge, shower gel and shampoo etc etc...). Certainly good enough. There are plenty of parking space and a rooftop swimming pool.

The passage way to the rooms are tiled and guests walking noises is not muffled which can be heard from inside the room despite the thick heavy door. Those guests who are light sleeper might find it irritating.

A great value for money hotel. The location is excellent, if one wishes to stay close to Patong beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, which could be attributed to the fact that it's a new establishment. Most basic amenities are available. They provided day-use beach towels as well, which was super convenient. Their airport cab rates are also fairly decent.

The approach to the hotel is in a side alley, which could be off-putting for some. If loud music is playing out on the streets, the noise does filter in through the doors, so the rooms aren't completely sound-proof. The breakfast spread could be better, but at this price, I'm not complaining.
