the property is near to Bangla street, 10 min easy walk. its very clean, you get your towels and bedspreads changed daily. the staff is great, they let us check out later than we were supposed to. if you are looking for a cheap stay, 88 hotel is the best option ever! they dont have a breakfast, but you have coffee and tea every morning for free

although you reserve your stay by booking and let your credit card details, they wont charge until you arrive. so you should have your card with you. the thing I didnt know is that you pay 3% more price if you pay yor stay by credit card. so, either you pay it in cash, or pay a bit more. thats the thing you cant know, so I was a bit upset about it.

What a great team running this place, very helpful and friendly. The cleaners do a great job. Manager always friendly, already missing them. The roof terrace is great for a sunset watch and a chill, pool is ideal. Location could not be any more perfect, a short walk to everything, or get one of the million mopeds about, if your BRITISH...... GET an international driving licence of its 1000bht a day when the police pull you...AND THEY WILL.., and always wear ya lid, another 1000bht... Some really good bars and coffeeshops on Nanai Rd,,,, crazy place but can't wait go back.. If you have a room over the Nanai Rd then it does get busy and noisy, ni w restaurant next door stays over till 6am!!! Looks after the local workers who go for a feeding after they work. Thailand I miss you already and I only landed 2hrs ago back home...

DOORS NEED TO IMPROVE. WITH THAT PRICE WE DESERVE BETTER SAFE DOOR. MY FIRST ROOM WAS ROOM 704 AND THE GAP IN THE DOOR IS SCARY. I OPEN THE DOOR BY SLIDING THE CARD TO THE LOCK. I WAS SURPRISED WITH THIS AND REPORTED TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND SEND ONE STAFF TO CHECK THE DOOR 🚪. WHILE I SHOW HERE SHE TRY TO SHOW ME HOW TO LOCK THE DOOR BUT AS THIS IS NOT THE CASE IT TAKES ME MORE TIME TO EXPLAIN THAT WHY I OPEN THE DOOR BY SLIDING MY CARD THROUGH THE GAP TO THE LOCK? WHEN SHE REALISED THAT THEY MOVE ME TO ROOM 705. ROOM 705 ALSO A BIG GAP ON THE DOOR FROM INSIDE BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR IS POOR. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY CLEAN AND SATISFIED. THE RECEPTIONIST AND OTHER STAFF ARE AMAZING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THE DOORS.

Excellent location , very spacious rooms and immaculately clean. 88 Hotel has a friendly , positive atmosphere with such lovely, friendly people and they were all very welcoming. Such a lovely place, can’t wait to go back there.

The only recommendation I could say is to maybe have a couple more sun loungers around the pool, but I am not complaining as I had such a lovely stay here.

The location is quite convenient ..only 15 mins away from Patong Walking Street. We had some problem with the AC in the first room so they even changed the room. Every day room was cleaned, fresh towels were given. 10/10 service. The view from balcony was also great. There's a 7/11 and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a swimming pool at the top floor. Sometimes there was a little sound from a pub on the road, but that's pretty common in Phuket. Better to opt for an upper floor room. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff were very helpful. I was incredibly sick and in the morning they replaced all of our bedding, towels and did a full room clean and they were so nice about it. There’s a lift which is great for the upper floors.

It was expensive for what it was but everywhere was booked up so we had no choice.

The accommodation was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Great location if you want to be close to the center but without the night noise.

The property was easy to find grate location with everyone you need around it. Receptionist were some of the best people I have met in Thailand. Cleaners were also great

Noise from street 24 hours, conditioner blows just to bed, so you catch a cold very fast, without it is hard to breath so it’s dilemma what to do with conditioner .

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff, great location for street food market and bit outside rushy center.

Just maybe small minus - there could be small sofa or at least 2 chairs with table inside of a room.
