Baan Sudarat Hotel in Phuket offered me a heartwarming and delightful stay. The cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel were exceptional. Despite not getting the room I initially booked, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing alternative lodging that was immaculate and well-kept. The room's bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning made the room temperature just right. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and positive, making me feel right at home. The amenities included free Wi-Fi, parking, and depending on the room type, either a fully fitted kitchen or a standard hotel room setup. While the Wi-Fi wasn't always strong, it was adequate for my needs. The service at Baan Sudarat Hotel was outstanding. The staff, seemingly running a family business, were exceptionally caring and responsive to my needs. When I encountered issues with my room, they were prompt and efficient in addressing them, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel's location, while a bit set back from the heart of Phuket, was still conveniently located. With a short walk, I could easily access the beach and a variety of shops and convenience stores. I found the value for money to be good, even though the room I received was different from what I had initially paid for. The room quality was impressive, with high-standard furnishings and cleanliness. Despite being on a busy road and next to a construction site, the hotel managed to maintain a relatively peaceful environment, thanks to well-sealed windows and doors. I highly recommend Baan Sudarat Hotel for its exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The warm and welcoming staff made my stay unforgettable, and I'm eager to return for another visit.

Staff were so welcoming, especially the lady who runs the hotel who is really nice and always smiling. The room was spacious, clean and the aircon worked really well! The cafe down stairs serves amazing food including really nice smoothie bowls and english breakfasts etc. The property is about a 15/20 minute walk to patong beach which we didn’t mind but something to consider as you have to walk along a busy road for a small portion of the journey. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by though.

The location was perfect for us to have daily walks to the beach and the many surrounding restaurants. Great to have room cleaning and fresh towels everyday! Shower was great (hit and good pressure). Small simple accommodation suited us fine for three week stay. The fridge was great to keep drinks and snacks/breakfast items. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel, 5 minutes by motorbike from patong beach, very well-kept, clean with nice and professional staff who are loyal, honest, always help you, who always cares about the customer's well-being. I also recommend it for families with children because there is a nice small swimming pool opposite the hotel ,where you can spend some nice time. Downstairs in the hotel, near the reception, there is a small restaurant where you can eat very well and the prices are reasonable. There are bars near the hotel where you can drink beer and play pool table.Additionally, three minutes from the hotel there is a small local restaurant where you can eat local food that is fresh every day, very tasty and very cheap. There is also a very good pizza restaurant , coffee shop and a travel agency nearby where you can book a trip for the whole family, diving, swimming and exploring beautiful views. I highly recommend the massage parlor which is located a minute away from the hotel, a very good professional massage staffed by very experienced women with extensive medical knowledge who cured my old spine injury, shoulder, hip and muscle pain injuries that had been bothering me for a long time.I also highly recommend this hotel due to the location and very nice people who work there.

Loved this hotel! Great value for Patong and the staff were really helpful. It's about a 25 / 30 minute walk from the strip so no loud noises to keep you awake. There's little bars/restaurants etc right beside this hotel too. We got a moped taxi from our hotel down to Patong beach, only costing 60 baht. The room was spacious, lovely balcony and shower and great air con. Loved the little pool out front too. Would definitely stay here again, you get the best of both worlds being close to the madness but far enough away to get a good nights sleep.

Modern renovated room, very comfortable with a short walk to main shopping centre.

The steps to the room, 40 to the third floor as there is no lift. No extractor fan in bathroom. A ceiling fan in the room would avoid using the ac at times.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, always went above and beyond to help 24 hours a day. The pool and room were lovely as well. Great location, short walk to the beach and shopping centre. Couldn't recommend more.

The room was comfortable and clean, good size TV and we have the option to change the language of the TV in English and use YouTube . Linen and towels change every day. Friendly staff!

No elevator , but we knew that, so it was ok.

Excellent facilities nd great location. Stsff very helpful and friendly. Pool great. Bathroom bit dated but otherwise good.

Nothing that comes to mind although had to ontain kettle and cups from reception on arrival
