Like Luca - the manager, an excellent man, loveable personality, very helpful guide in all round, deserve 10/10. It is quiet area, 7/11 nearby and other restaurants for lunch and dinner. Good for peace lover. Some tea/coffee or simple breakfast arrangement may be made available since such all are away from hotel. However, love the place and hotel, will stay in the next trip definitely. God bless you.

Hotel is on the slope of hill, away from Patong, 25 minutes walk. Initially got smell of paint in room - gradually went away. It was value for money but not recommended for child, very old and pregnant due to walking up which is tiresome. No tea/coffee or breakfast arrangement. Room is comparatively small for family of 4 people. Bunk bed ok but need more space inside. However, good in value of less price and stay. I wish it will improve further later. Recommended for adult travellers having no arthritis.

Excellent location, you can relax in silence. The main beach and the main party street are a 20-minute walk away. Room cleaning every day, wonderful hotel staff! Spacious room, and a very beautiful view of the beautiful sunset in Phuket!

Everything was great

Staff very helpful, very nice and friendly owner. room was very spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet. Mattress and pillow very comfortable. This room should be selling for at least 3 times the price I paid!!! Will most certainly be staying there when I return to Patong. It's a 10/15 minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall, and Bangla road. There's Da Moreno authentic Pizzeria just 2 minutes walk. Many restaurants and massages within walking distance. Highly recommended

The only 'negative' side, is that the hotel is situated at the top of a small 'hill', which is a bit steep, if you are walking. But it's only 20/30 metres. I had to find something 'wrong':)

Great hotel for great value next to the jungle but very close to all the Patong action too, 20-25 min walk to Bangla. Very relaxing to have a room next to the jungle. Owners were super friendly and helpful. I actually extended my stay for a couple of weeks here. Best hotel I’ve staying in Patong and highly recommended for the area. Will be back for sure when I return! Room was spacious with everything you need even had loads of hangers for clothes.

Had water issues for three days with constant water cuts but diligent communication from owners with resolution was appreciated. Free water not provided everyday which was a first for me in Thailand but not major because the value was so good that you can just buy your own, just could be inconvenient at times. The pillows in room 963 were really bad and need some harder pillows like room 999, please change them!

* Room: The room is very big. It could fit a family of 4 if there is another bed, which is very comfortable for a solo traveler like me. The A/C is very cold so I have to turn off after a while; however; it's a little bit noisy from the outside unit. For the lighting, it's okay at night (not too dark). Overall, it's very comfortable ^_^ * Facility: The room has everything you need. The table below the TV is huge so you could put everything on that. Plus, there is an extra table and chair nearby the door which is very convenient when you need to eat something or simply take a seat. Most of the hotel only have bed so you have to stay in the bed all time. Therefore, the extra table/chair do help a lot. * Water: very strong * Wi-Fi: The internet speed is very fast, which is over 100 Mbps as far as I remembered. Strong signal, too. * Cleanliness: The room is clean and the bathroom is also very clean. So no worry about that. * Staff: Mr. Luca (the owner) is very friendly and welcome. He showed me the room and a very warm welcome for supporting his business. * Surrounding Area: It's super quiet and peaceful, you could sleep all day if you would like to :D

* Location: The hotel is very high as it is on top of the hill. You have to climb up very high to reach the hotel (even the Bolt driver said that ^__^). So, if you go out for eating or simply buying stuff from 7-Eleven make sure to buy everything as going up and down could be exhausting. * Mosquito: Since it is super quiet and peaceful, the hotel is next to the jungle. As a result, there are a lot of mosquitoes biting you whenever opening the door for fresh air (for even 5 minutes). So keep that in mind to have a mosquito repellents with you. I do love the area as it looks very romantic and peaceful but the mosquitoes just ruin it.

Arrived and was greeted by the host "Luca " very welcoming, booked me in sorted out some drinks and showed me the room. Room was very good size, top floor so could see out across the town over the sea and also into the mountain. Value for money was great and room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. I only want a room to wash and sleep in so this is perfect.

Its not that I didn't like it, but the hotel is at the end of a very short steep road which could prove tricky if you have mobility issues. But then its at the lower part of a mountain so will be on a hill. As i say not a criticism but just be aware.

Room was solid, wifi was great, cleaning staff was very good and helpful. It does have some amazing views from your hotel room and even a mini balcony at the back. Location would seem to far away from things, but it's actually very good.

It's quite a walk, up the hill and then a couple flights of stairs to your room so you wil get a bit tired if your not in great shape. I also wish there was a chair with a back sitting on a stool for a long time, was a bit stressful on the back.

Property views: Amazing place to stay. I love the environment and the mountain view. There’s fresh air and nice breeze all day long. The room : Very clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. There’s a table and 2 chairs. Flat screen tv with cable channels. Staff : They are incredibly welcoming, very kind, caring and helpful. They are always smile and talk nicely. I really like the little details they pay attention to customer’s satisfaction : There’s a fan in each room. Kettle, Fancy toilet paper folds. Power outlets next to the bed.

Fabio, Luca and the rest of the gang were an enormous asset during our stay in Phuket. No help or assistance was too little, a deep throve of information and guidance in making the most of our stay. The location was perfect- away from the main drag and noise but within easy reach of the beach and other points of interest. I enjoyed this hotel so much I extended my stay.I can’t wait to be back in phuket and this hotel.
