Another great stay at the Pailin Hill Hotel. I stay here every time I'm in Phuket. Why? I like being on the back of the hill in Patong beach just off Nanai Rd away from the busyness of the centre of town, but it's still close enough to walk everywhere, including the beach (I walk, jog and ride my rental motor scooter everywhere). The rooms are very spacious and always clean with all the basic amenities you need, a good bathroom, fridge, kettle, good aircon, great Wi-fi, hot water, a safe for valuables and a rear balcony for washing and drying clothes! If you stay on the 4th and 5th floor, you get an amazing view of all of Patong Beach. The staff are great, rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed etc, and there's even a pool. There's convenience stores, restaurants, motorcycle rental shops, laundry services, massage shops, all the services you could possibly want or need right at your doorstep along Nanai road. It's only about a 10 minute walk to Jungceylon and the huge Banzaan fresh food market. The rooms are very reasonably priced for all this value. Thanks again guys.

I love this place! It's on the hill at the back of Patong just off Nanai Rd. so you get a great view of Patong Beach (on the 5th floor) yet it's still close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed, good bathroom too. Another thing I really like is the rooms have two opening doors at the front with security protection, and a rear door to a small back balcony so you get a lovely breeze through the room. Did I mention the pool! WiFi was great, not patchy at all and the staff are wonderful. Rooms were cleaned daily. I was even able to hire a motorcycle at the hotel at the lowest going rate. For me this is the perfect accommodation in Patong Beach at a very affordable rate. Thanks guys :)

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

As we are currently backpacking we chose to stay here as it was the cheaper option, the room itself was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. There was a fridge, a tv and a little balcony. The location was good for us, I would say maybe a 15/20 minute walk to Pa Tong beach/strip which is what we wanted. We didnt personally use the pool but it was there if we wanted it. The manager was very friendly and helped us with any queries we had.

Although there was wifi, I could not get it to work on my phone throughout our whole stay so relied on restaurant and bars for internet.

large room ,very clean, daily clean ,late afternoon so can sleep late .very friendly staff .prompt attention to any problems.small but welcoming pool to cool off in. budget friendly.

hill to hotel steep ,but can walk up, im 67 and managed .{just}

close to bars cafes etc on nanai Rd ,staff were lovely ,couldn't have done more ,gave me a new kettle when the other one didn't work ,

I was on the second floor so not too many stairs and I have a motorbike for the hill ,If I was up top and had to walk the hill as well ,bit hard if your not fit .

it was a good value for what we could find near Patong Beach. The room had good lighting, is large, and has a deck space at the front and back door. There is a pool but I didn’t use it however it did look clean. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and near cafes and resteraunt a and 7/11.

The room was only cleaned when you asked (one time out of a total of 13 nights we stayed there). We had our laundry done at the hotel and it took 2-3 days to get two small bags of laundry washed.

Very helpful and nice staff, available scooters for rent, and very clean and comfortable rooms, close to patong beach and bangla road, and 7/11 is right around the coner

The hotel is located on top of a hill which was a bit uncomfortable

The Boss was very nice and motivated. She helps you by all problems.
