Staff : The owner Khun Puk was an absolute sweetie. She greeted my wife and I every day with a smile that could melt an iceberg and she was always more than willing to offer us assistance and advice upon our request. Her husband was also a real gentleman who greeted us with a smile and a good morning each day. He was very calm in nature and easy to get along with.. Finally, our room attendant not only did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and tidy, but was also willing to go the extra mile whenever we had any requests relating to our room. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but like the owner and her husband, she had a beaming smile every time we saw her. The room was very large and everything in it was working. The decor of the room appeared fresh, and not in the least old or worn out. The view from the outside balcony towards the mountains was absolutely stunning and the complex was peaceful and quiet, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool was clean and sparkling and kept just at the right temperature. This being something that my wife and I made use of every day during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a 10 minute enjoyable stroll to get to the main beach, the markets, bars and restaurants which made getting home on New Year’s Eve very easy. If you are looking for a value for money, clean, peaceful and well-equipped hotel with Friendly well trained and helpful staff I cannot recommend Palin Hill Hotel high enough. Our stay there was wonderfull and my wife and I will definitely be returning whenever we stay in Phuket.

The best quality to the best price. I highly reccomend it! Cleaning even if not requested, changing towels every day. Good location, on the hill, far from the noise. I really enjoyed the stay!

The owners are very nice and friendly. The room was clean and everything works well. Hot water and good water pressure, very good WI-FI. I've spent 1 week in the hotel and have nothing bad to say. Good value for money.

Room was big, private and clean. Nice shower. Lovely staff.. Great location!! I've stayed for 10 days and everything was perfect. I recommend the Pailin hill hotel!!

The location and staff. The room is basic but spacious and clean. The shower was amazing, nice and modern and powerful with hot water. I asked if I could stay an extra night last minute and this was accommodated for me.

The bed was a little to hard, woke up with back ache but other than that nothing.
