Amazing People. Pency and Poo are two amazing women, they recommended so many nice places for me to go. The young guy who works in the nights was very helpful to me. The Hotel has restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good food, reasonable prices and clean facilities. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. I will always recommend this hotel. Not too crowded place. Very good for solo travellers.

All the staff from Poo the owner/manager, to the two ladies that excel in rustling up delicious food in the restaurant at the front of the hotel, to the cleaning staff were always cheerful and helpful without anything being too much trouble for them. I stayed in the suite which was spotlessly clean. Location is good, Jungceylon, Bangla Rd and Patong Beach are only 15 min walk away if you fancy stretching your legs.

I thought the A/C could be a little cooler but maybe that's just me.

This hotel is one of my favourite to stay, when I visit in Phuket. Very friendly staff. Everything working perfectly. Not any complaint. I like it. But those who doesn't care so much a lil bit noise on the street, there is also garden/swimming pool view rooms.

Traffic on Nanai Road has increased dramatically compared to previous years. The narrow street, too much traffic.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, far enough away from the madness but easily accessible by walking. Has a pool which is barely used so you can always get a sunbed and have a quiet dip to cool down. The street itself is full of bars, places to eat, buy souvenirs, get a massage and coffee/fruit shake shops to try. If you don't like hustle and bustle then this place isn't for you, it's right opposite a 24 daily tops shop so people are on bikes constantly coming and going, just remember to bring some ear plugs for sleeping at night and it drowns all the noise out.

The noise at night, but what do you expect if you are staying in central Patong! Being earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location, Na Nai Rd. Lived on Na Nai for a year, have friends here, Bars, Restaurants & central to everything. Not so overcrowded like the Patong Beach front. The pool is very clean

There’s really nothing We don’t like, The Manager & Her staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble & The Restaurant serves damn good meals right on the edge of Na Nai. Great for watching everyone & everything go by. 🥇

The bed was super comfortable and our room was close to the pool. Downstairs there’s a great little cafe to have lunch. Next door the bar and restaurant is suited to customers over 35. They also serve great food and the drinks are inexpensive.

Nothing we didn’t like

The property did the job. It was a clean, affordable place. Nice balcony too. The staff were always on hand if needed and offered to clean the room again on the second day. Many nice breakfast and dinner options within 1/2 minute walk from the resort. Patong beach and Patong Walking Street 10/15 min walk.

The property is on a busy road, can be difficult getting around during the day when there is lots of traffic.

I love it, the staff are very helpful and kind, location is good, beds are comfortable, I wanted to extend my stay but all the rooms were sold out, highly recommend, also the small restaurant down makes nice breakfast.

The staff were unreal so helpful and friendly the manager of the place made Your stay so pleasant breakfast was okay and the place was very quiet and the pool was unreal. I just love to stay here and will stay again. Cheers.

There was not a lot my ceiling fan made a humming noise, but that was all. I was very happy with my room. I have no other complaints.
