Freshly renovated with spacious rooms, very clean with the cleaning done daily. Helpful staff, the check in process is very straightforward. The pool is rather small but that's expected. Good thing is that during the daytime it is mostly empty, so your stay feels quite private. The hotel provides you with beach towels as well. New water bottles in your room every day. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite far from the beach, so keep it in mind when booking. You either need to walk about 25min in the heat, or take a cab, which is approx. 6EUR a ride. Quite far from all the restaurants as well as they are mostly located on the beachfront. The hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, and there are not as many facilities around that do either. Having chairs and a small table on the balcony would've also made our stay more comfortable.

Everything looked just like the photos, the bathroom and shower were so big, it was perfect. There were no chairs for our balcony so we asked reception and they were more than happy to give us some. The fridge in the room was huge. Would definitely stay again. The pool was lovely too, looks just like the photos.

Location is near by to all needed places for us - bars, restaurants etc. It is very lively outside, therefore you need to be aware of possible noise. We had room which windows was directed to the street, therefore, next time would chose pool view rooms type. Pool was nice and nessecary in these weather conditions.

100€ per night is little too expensive for such kind of apartment. Also, it like in every place in Thailand - no Netflix or Youtube option on TV. It is 2024 people, it is not hard to make this option possible... Moving forward - word Boutique is too strong in these rooms designs. Rooms are completely basicly furnished by cheapest possible materials and a little bit outdated and old. Only a pool area could be called a "Boutique" -ish. Summing up - photos are better than reality

- The location offers you plenty of bars and restaurants around, and you have Grab in case you want to stay home. - At the same time, you have a small but very good cafe/restaurant which is part of the hotel just downstairs. They have breakfast, brunch and main meal options from 08 am to 05 pm. - The room is spacious and very clean, the same goes for the bathroom. Very modern design. Great mattress and pillows, and there's a TV just in front of the bed. There are two small balconies in case you pick the room with a pool view. - The hotel provides room cleaning every two days, you can get new towels every day, and the cleaning lady gives you a bottle of water, coffee and tea every day too, if requested. Very kind of them. - The WiFi is stable as I've worked for almost a week from the hotel. It's a very positive point too. - I haven't tried the pool because it was rainy, however, it seems very modern and inviting. Even if you don't try the water, it's a very nice area just to relax.

- Two little downsides which didn't negatively impact our experience. Minor point, but needs to be fixed - we stayed on the 5th floor and there was some little leaks. - Also, it's a bit far from Patong Beach, but very doable if you pick a Grab. Overall, such a pleasant experience in Phuket.

Pool, common areas, facilities were really good. Staff was polite and attentive. Position is also quite good, in a small side road away from the craziness, but at a comfortable walk distance from Bangla road/Otop/city center. The room was also very large and comfortable. Cleanliness level was also top notch.

In our room bathroom could be renewed (shower box, mirrors, have seen better days). Electrical plugs were only on one side of the room. In general, you could expect a bit more attention to detail for the price, but it's nothing that would badly influence our stay

Fresh towels every day, accommodation is clean and comfy. They provide toiletries and hairdryer. You can ask for iron from reception. Staff is helpful. It's just a bit run down but as long as it's clean it's fine. You can walk to Big C/Jungceylon and a bit further to Patong beach. 7-11 is nearby as well. There's a good massage place near the hotel. For the price it's really good actually.

Some grabvan drivers refuse to come here because of the road probably because it'sa bit narrow? But that's fine cos others are willing to. For muslims there's not many halal options down the road, you can to go near the beach to get halal food but it's a bit more expensive there. Sometimes the pool is dirty so we have to wait for the staff to clean it

Very nice Boutique Hotel in the heart of Patong. Within 10 min. you are in the City. 7 Eleven and nice restaurants are nearby as well as several Scooter Rentals. The Hotel is very quiet. My room was very cozy and comfortable. Lot’ of space, big closet, a make-up table and shelfs, with a lot of storage space. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the spacious balcony. The staff was very helpful and nice. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The Wifi was not working well, but I told the staff and they will fix it.

The staff were excellent. 24-hour reception. The. We had a problem with our air conditioning, and they solved it. The rooms were absolutely spotless. Breakfast was not included but we bought it in a linked cafe next door, which we thought was very good, and not expensive. The location was superb for finding places to eat, but it was a 15-minute walk from the seafront. The local market was nearby, and we found the location was very good as long as you realise it is Not was not beach centric. We love the pool, and the fact that you could buy a beer from the fridge on an almost honesty system. The lobby was comfortable, and there are plenty of places to work on your computer if you needed to.

We love this hotel, and we were very comfortable. But people who want to go to the beach every single day need to know that it's 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach. In addition, it should be noted that there is no breakfast service whatsoever in the hotel. We knew this, we did not mind, but people might grumble.

We’d come here after leaving a disappointing hotel in Kamala and were blown away with how much better this hotel was. Pool clean and nice relaxing outdoor area. Good location away from hustle & bustle but only 15-20mins away from Patong centre/beach. Meena was fantastic, great sense of humour and amazing personality. Staff always say hello, always willing to help, nothing too much to ask. Highly recommend!! Mum has issues with walking, Meena swapped her to a beautiful room in main building so he had use of the elevator. Beds comfy so got a great nights sleep, felt very luxurious considering what we paid for it.

Back building no elevator, so stairs can be challenging, but staff always help with cases. WiFi in our room wasn’t the best, kept disconnecting but otherwise everything perfect (mums WiFi was perfect).
