We had a pleasant stay at Patong Platinum Hotel. The elevator made it convenient to get around, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and we had reliable internet access throughout our stay. Daily cleaning services were provided, and we appreciated the complimentary drinking water. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours, which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience!

The rooms have no windows in Standard Room.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately i came dowm with food poisoning and was very unwell, i managed to phone reception and Rahull made it his mission to look after me! He went to the pharmacy to get me medication and made me hot rehydration drinks that really helped me. Thank you so much Rahull

Very close to every must see sight in Patong Beach area, within walking distance to some really great Thai restraunts *try the one next door!* staff were friendly and attentive and even upgraded my room for free for a few nights.

The noise was overwhelming being right on an intersection in Sai Kor road so sleep may prove to be a challenge. I'd recommend either noise cancelling headphones or visiting a pharmacy to get some sleep aids because it never stops. It could perhaps use some amenity upgrades as the TV's aren't smart capable and the ac is a little old.

While my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The room I booked didn’t have a window, which made it feel a bit closed off. Additionally, I noticed the air conditioning had a slight smell initially, though it improved over time. These were minor inconveniences, and overall, the positives far outweighed any negatives.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had a room on the 8th floor overlooking the vacant lot and ocean. It was surprisingly quiet, and the room was spacious. It had great air-conditioning, and all appliances worked well. We had 2 beds pushed together, but they were super comfy. The cleaning staff were amazing, very thorough, and discreet. Even when we had a do not disturb sign, they left us water and toilet paper. We enjoyed the location. Everything was in walking distance (beach, huge shopping centre with supermarket, Sea Smile Dental, Bang-la, Hard Rock Cafe & markets, etc) but far enough away from the loud hype. Great value for money.

We upgraded to have a bath, but the plug was broken. The water didn't get very warm either. In saying this, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay with only a few minor issues. The soundproofing of the room door could be improved, as it can get a bit noisy, especially if you go to bed early. However, the shower, toilet, and AC all worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5–15-minute walk to the markets, Bangla Road, and other popular spots. If you don’t mind occasional road noise and are looking for an affordable place to stay in the otherwise pricey Phuket/Patong area, Platinum Hotel is a great choice.

Excellent location, close to everything you need. Restaurants, bars, shopping centres, beach and a convenient bus service very close by. The bus service runs from the beach and takes you to many of the other coastal areas you may wish to visit including the airport, 100 Bhat, very affordable.

Nothing really, it was great value and a great location. We chose a room with no window which was a bit strange but you just have to make sure your alarm is set lol

Very nice rooms with very nice shower, bed was comfortable and it had an AC Unit. Very good location, restaurant down stairs and a few just down the roadroad great pricing for patong as it is smack bang in the middle of the area you would want to be. 10 minutesc walk from drinking/clubbing area, 5 mins from beach. If I come back to patong I will be booking here again.
