location near to convenience store, room was big, facilities are good

the girl staff in glasses at the reception like to make annoying face, she never smiles and sometimes shouted to the guest..the guest really uncomfortable with her attitude..hope the hotel manager fired her as soon as possible for the good future of the hotel

Excellent and clean, thanks to the reception team and special thanks to Sister poolt 😘🌹 But the manager of the restaurant, from the first time he saw me in the hotel, he did not seem happy with my presence! When I said hello to him, I saw his face not happy as if I was a man from another planet. And when I was drinking tea at night, he turned off the electricity while I was still drinking tea!!!! And it was still early, 10 pm!!!! And he always does it if he sees me!!!! And there were times when he was celebrating with his friends behind me while two people were arguing in front of us, a Thai man with an Indian, so one of them started talking about Arabs and telling stories that happened and one of them was saying f***k for Arab!!!!!! and ather man he said Same f****k Arab!!!!!!!!! Finally I think he doesn't like Arabs and doesn't want to see them in the hotel but for me I will come again and again and again 🤞🏻 Because every years I book in this hotel 🏨

Unfortunately, there is no respect from this person, and I hope the hotel manager holds him accountable. You must respect every person who books a hotel. This is a hotel, not your home.

The staff was kind and helpful. At first, my room was very noisy because it was on the road side. After I asked reception for a change, she replaced my room and that was more silent. The location of the hotel is okay. It is very close to the Jungceylon mall and to the night market. You can also reach Bangla road only by walking 10-15 minutes. Rooftop pool is a bit small but it is nice to have time at the rooftop.

The hotel has 2 buildings. And there isn't an elevator at one of the buildings so you have to carry your luggage. Also the breakfast includes only a few options but still you can get full.

I liked the place as it was near to the central or better say at the center. The pool is at the rooftop with a nice view however if only the glass was clean for a better view and pictures. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and they do late check-in. Another note: you'll need to deposit 500 baht when you check in and the reciept you'll receive keep it with you because with it you'll get ur 500 baht. All in all, it s worth staying and I would highly recommend staying there. I'll book it again for sure.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is a fine list for every and anything you break or damage even the cup!! Apart from that all was good.

First off, this is one of the better 3 star hotels in Patong. Now, I've been coming to this island for 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised to come here because I read reviews and the place was getting a bad reputation...I don't know why honestly... Things that are unique to this hotel are , This place has a front desk motorbike rental, daily breakfast where they will make you the food, like scrambled eggs sausage or all fresh , other than the buffet style if you so choose, you just have to ask as it's not clearly defined. this alone is so convenient when you have an excursion and need something quick and easy in the morning., The staff were very kind and helpful, could book an excursion, or get your laundry done at the front desk, has a well maintained pool on the rooftop, elevator was working (Not always the case on this island) it was clean and tidy, the picture of my room were exactly as they looked on the booking website, the showers are exceptional for Patong! lots of water flow and choice hot and cold. Has a little gym on the 6th floor, nothing special, but enough equipment to get a quick pump on before you head out (gyms in Patong are scarce and expensive, so having this perk is unusual) it's Well located only a short walk from the Banzaan night market and the massive jongcylon shopping mall, the other direction is a short walk from the new Otop market for shopping food and drinks. It's also super close to an international health and wellness clinic (one of 2 in Patong the other one is at the beach road) you have massage right next door, and across the street, you also have great food 20 steps or less from your hotel, as you've got an Italian place right beside you and across the street Da no 6 Thai restaurant across the street (really good). You are like 15 min walk from the beach or a 5 minute motorbike taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away.

Thai beds are primarily harder than western style pillow top or comfort.

We spent a month in the hotel. Excellent location, helpful staff, cold air conditioning, strong wifi signal. There is an elevator, cleaning every day if you ask. 5 minutes walk to Baanzan, 10-10 minutes walk to Patong beach or Malin. Clothes washing facility. Cocktail bar girl is very nice. Excellent value for money. Of course, picky teases would find fault here as well. I highly recommend it.

The only negative: since it is on a main road, the traffic is quite loud until 1 am.

Staff were lovely However the manager was the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life, she was very rude to me and my partner I also saw her being very rude to other customers One one occasion I saw her arguing with other customers How she got the job of manager I will never know

When we come to reception on a daily basis the manager just stares at me and my partner making me and my partner feel very uncomfortable She should be dismissed from her job immediately

Regardless of the negative comments i've decided to book this hotel for 3 nights as last minute. For the money you pay i can't complain. The rooms are big, pool on the top is a nice touch, the gym is minimal, the place is quiet, staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know but maybe the other people who gave bad reviews, part of the problem it's actually themselves. One more thing, i left about 3000 baht in my room and the receptionist contacted me and did everything to transfer the money back to me. Dont expect much, but if it's just to sleep and shower, it's a good option

It’s was always about lactation very central to Patong beach and nightlife.The staff was fantastic,The rooms where fantastic for the price we pay and super comfortable beds and the breakfast in the morning was not bad for getting started on your day.😎👌

The pool on the roof top could do with a bit of updating,Not like the picture in the hotel brochure when you book the hotel,Very dated and need some paint maybe new tiles

Wifi not very good so An improvement to the Wifi signal is certainly needed
