location near to convenience store, room was big, facilities are good

the girl staff in glasses at the reception like to make annoying face, she never smiles and sometimes shouted to the guest..the guest really uncomfortable with her attitude..hope the hotel manager fired her as soon as possible for the good future of the hotel

The location is excellent, and the hospitality of the cleaning and kitchen staff is fantastic. After I requested a mattress topper, my bed was comfortable, and I slept like a baby. It's excellent for a workcation, and the Wi-Fi is the best I've experienced since being in Phuket for six months. A big thank you to Lek, Neung and Win for all the delicious food and service with a smile. It made me feel like home away from home. I appreciate the extra care you gave every day. The cleaning staff takes so much pride in their work. Thank you to Moe-Phyo-Ei-Than. Thank you to the manager, who has been very accommodating and helpful and ensured that daily operations run smoothly. I loved the open air restaurant area, while you can enjoy your breakfast you can watch the morning movents outside. Thank you Hallo Patong owner.

The night staff can be too loud sometimes. I am on the 2nd floor and it was not pleasant hearing the sounds even early morning. More English traininging for some reception staff

I ended up staying here on and off for about 1.5 months, which says a lot. Every time I came back, the staff made it feel familiar and easy. Kongnang, Vee and Pooh were especially accommodating and always went out of their way to help, whether it was check in flexibility, small requests or just good energy daily. Location is solid, WiFi held up well and the rooftop pool was a calm escape above the city noise.

Some of the facilities are more on the simple side, but for the price and the service, it’s more than fair.

Excellent and clean, thanks to the reception team and special thanks to Sister poolt 😘🌹 But the manager of the restaurant, from the first time he saw me in the hotel, he did not seem happy with my presence! When I said hello to him, I saw his face not happy as if I was a man from another planet. And when I was drinking tea at night, he turned off the electricity while I was still drinking tea!!!! And it was still early, 10 pm!!!! And he always does it if he sees me!!!! And there were times when he was celebrating with his friends behind me while two people were arguing in front of us, a Thai man with an Indian, so one of them started talking about Arabs and telling stories that happened and one of them was saying f***k for Arab!!!!!! and ather man he said Same f****k Arab!!!!!!!!! Finally I think he doesn't like Arabs and doesn't want to see them in the hotel but for me I will come again and again and again 🤞🏻 Because every years I book in this hotel 🏨

Unfortunately, there is no respect from this person, and I hope the hotel manager holds him accountable. You must respect every person who books a hotel. This is a hotel, not your home.

My experience at Hallo Patong Hotel was excellent. The hotel is located right in the center of Patong — close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping, but still in a quiet enough spot for a good night’s sleep. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. The rooftop pool was a highlight — a perfect place to relax with a nice view after exploring the area.

Over this 13 night stay, I really appreciated how consistently clean and well kept everything was. Big thanks to the housekeeping team. Phyo, Ei, Moe and Tham who quietly made the difference. My room was always refreshed with care, towels and bedding done right and small details never overlooked. They were always polite, kind and hardworking behind the scenes, real credit to the property.

All good, nothing that stood out as a negative during this stay.

The location is excellent and the staff were courteous. Phu at the reception was so welcoming and pleasant. We really miss her. She made us feel like we were at home. The housekeeping staff did a great job, especially Ei, Moe, Phyo and Than. If you are looking for a value for money stay with good location and decent comfort, this is a good place to stay for friends and family.

The pool was jot functional. This should have been notified. The bathroom is clean but lacks a shower partition.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were friendly and helpful for the price they completely over deliver the breakfast It is completely fresh every morning and more than ample in fact you would pay around the same as the room just to eat breakfast for two people so I highly recommend it's not a five star hotel but for value for money it wins hands down also the double rooms are large and showers are powerful and hot the AC was also great

The staff was kind and helpful. At first, my room was very noisy because it was on the road side. After I asked reception for a change, she replaced my room and that was more silent. The location of the hotel is okay. It is very close to the Jungceylon mall and to the night market. You can also reach Bangla road only by walking 10-15 minutes. Rooftop pool is a bit small but it is nice to have time at the rooftop.

The hotel has 2 buildings. And there isn't an elevator at one of the buildings so you have to carry your luggage. Also the breakfast includes only a few options but still you can get full.

I liked the place as it was near to the central or better say at the center. The pool is at the rooftop with a nice view however if only the glass was clean for a better view and pictures. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and they do late check-in. Another note: you'll need to deposit 500 baht when you check in and the reciept you'll receive keep it with you because with it you'll get ur 500 baht. All in all, it s worth staying and I would highly recommend staying there. I'll book it again for sure.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is a fine list for every and anything you break or damage even the cup!! Apart from that all was good.
